What customer service!

I bought a hotel voucher but did not use it straight away, however when I called the hotel in March I was told that there where no room available before the voucher ran out at the end of June (every night was fully booked). I thought no problem I'll just get it refunded either to my credit card or in credit and I'll book another hotel. Oh no, I sent off my e-mail (as there is no contact number ???? in this day and age????). I received an e-mail informing me that the 'new' customer service was ncrowd but as I had bought the voucher before the 4th march it needed to be dealt with by KGB- uk so they forwarded my e-mail to them they responded by asking when I wished to visit the hotel so they could check with the hotel if I could. Did this then...... nothing! I Have e-mailed now every week since with no reply so it is over a month since my initial enquiry and I am very frustrated as I wish to book a hotel any hotel for my weeks holiday in may. My recommendation would be ALWAYS check with the hotel/restaurant that they will be able to honour the voucher before you buy, otherwise you will be left chasing KGB for weeks!

Not worth my time or money..poor poor service, a scam.

so..I ordered two e readers a month ago, paid for them and sat waiting for 14 days. Nothing arrived, and I was told via email to wait a week more..blah blah, since then there is still no item, and now no one is corresponding with me from KGB. I asked now for a refund and surprise surprise, there is silence all around. I am worrying as there are similar and many posts all over the net about this sort of service from them. I am thinking of contacting my solicitor and the television agencies... I have been robbed.

Extremely poor vetting

I ordered four sets of touchscreen gloves on Dec 03 with an expected delivery of 3 to 4 weeks. I was hoping for Christmas delivery for presents. Well its the middle of February 2012 and no gloves. I got an email saying the company, HappyCases, couldn't handle the load. I asked for a refund. As of a couple days ago still waiting.
I also jumped on FOUR Target $25 gift cards along with Restaurant.com coupons attached to the deal for $25. WELL, that was in 2011 and I did get TWO of the Target cards BUT, they are only worth $5 each. I paid TWENTY-FIVE each. Now I find out they will never be worth any more and I will not get the other two at all. The Digital Doorstep company that KGB hooked up with went bankrupt!
DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!
