We had a very good trip with Key Tours from start to finish. Osman helped us set up the trip to suit ourselves and customize it to allow extra time. He was patient and willing to adjust schedules, etc to fit our needs.
In the Baltic countries, we had Janius as our guide. Excellent! Again, he went out of his way to help us meet the requirements for the Covid protocols. As we had some issues with trying to get onto our phones or ipad, he actually assisted with his own phone to get in place the questionnaire for Latvia and the appointment for our covid test to get back to the US>
The hotels we stayed in were high quality and all were within walking distance of the Old Towns so we could get out and about on our own when it suited us. Janius was wonderful with his information and guiding us around the cities and into the countryside. We did the optional tour to Trakai which was well worth the time. We drove from one capital to the next via bus and had stops en route. He made these stops very interesting and informative (rather than just a break in the drive). We stopped at the Hill of Crosses between Vilnius and Riga and that was fascinating. We also stopped at the Rundale Palace which was interesting to compare it with other castles and palaces from the aristicratic households. In Latvia we did the optional trip to the National Park and that visit, along with seeing the countryside was lovely. Between Riga and Tallin we stopped at the seaside resort of Parnu and enjoyed walking around the beach and downtown area. All of the Old Town areas of the 3 capitals were great to see. To us it was amazing that it had been only 30 years since they gained their independence from the Soviet Union. Many of the places seemed more like "Western" Europe than we had expected.
One of the good things about going with Key Tours is that you can customize it to your needs. You can have them include as much of the "optional" choices as you want or do more on your own. You can also pick and choose as you go along (at least, we could). You do have to manage your own luggage as far as getting it to your room and down, but since we didn't take all that much, that was no problem.

She took the time to get to know us: what we want to do, where we want to be located in a city, what activities we prefer, what kind of a vacation we are looking for. And then she gets to work arranging it all, calling us with questions if she runs into a problem, or learns of something that might improve the quality of our trip.
When we travel—after Vicki has completed our entire package—we go knowing we are all set. The hotels are perfect for us and we are always met ON TIME and transported to our new location by the people that she has made arrangements with ahead of time!
To Vicki, her job is not just a job that she preforms, albeit she does it brilliantly. But she also cares about her clients and knocks herself out making phone calls and checking on possible ways to make things better for her clients. Trevor Toots, our trip advisor for many years before he retired, was also a caring, hardworking professional. He too worked for this very reputable company!

Great trip, despite the timing in late May. Everything was Covid-safe and the sight-seeing was super. We had an in-depth introduction to Turkey. Our guide and driver were fabulous. There are some days with long hours on the road. So travelers may want to consider the full two-week trip.
