Politica di reso non corretta.

Ho ultimamente acquistato da questa azienda alcuni articoli tra jeans e maglie, prodotti ben fatti.Purtroppo un jeans con taglio slim fit non corrispondeva al tipo di taglio ma secondo il mio parere ad un taglio regular perché più largo nella vestibilità.Ho chiesto il reso ma mi è stato risposto attraverso un email che il reso era a mio carico.Non lo ritengo corretto questa politica di reso perché l'articolo è diverso da come descritto , ( ho allegato anche delle foto).Regalerò il jeans ad un mio conoscente e prossimamente acquisterò solamente su siti con reso gratuito.
