Avoid this company if you value your safety especially for females. I booked a cab but the operator repeatedly gave me incorrect vehicle details. Highly dangerous and caused me to attempt to get into the wrong car. When I called back to get the correct details, he blamed it on a system error then became verbally hostile and said "you've called 5 times I'm cancelling the booking find someone else" and hung up on me while I was speaking. I had called twice to try and get the correct car info. This left me completely stranded. Shocking behaviour, absolute lack of professionalism and duty of care. I was a loyal customer of 3 years and have spent so much money with them. Use A1 cars instead, they are cheaper and actually have some respect.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend. Company employ taxi drivers who allow their family to illegally remove DVLA clamps on vehicles they store and sell on the roads of a residential estate. Videos are posted online for anyone to see. They have zero awareness, or respect for customer safety, and obviously are belligerent when it comes to carrying out checks on staff they take on as drivers.

I would give less if I could. Ordered a taxi to stancliff road driver went needwood road rung me twice ask where I am. I check the tracking he’s no where near then told me to go f myself

I’ve pre booked the car,and it arrived 15 minutes late , I’ve had to call them 3 times , I’ve received no apology nor any explanation to why the driver was so late . It wasn’t the first time I’m ordering car from key cars and they’ve constantly let me down . I really don’t recommend this place unless you want to wait for your pre booked car for 15 minutes

I had used this company on several previous occasions without any problems previously however after my last experience I will never use them again! In November I pre-booked a taxi to take me to and from a christmas do that I was attending in mid-december. On the site it mentioned that there would be a pre-booking holding charge that would be held and returned on payment of the fare when taking the taxi journey. I paid the fares at the destinations of my taxi journeys having been told that the holding charges would be cancelled by the taxi drivers on receipt of the fares. However on checking my account I realised that the holding charges had already been taken from my bank account and despite several emails and telephone calls it has taken the bank getting involved and until recently for the money to be returned to me in full for the prebooking holding charges. Do not use this company they advertise being cheap but rip you off in this way!
