KeyMe Locksmiths was easy to contact and provided updates throughout the waiting process. The locksmith that arrived was friendly and was able to open my car door within a matter of minutes to retrieve my keys. I would highly recommend.

They arrived within one hour on a Sunday morning. Excellent service!

Very quick to respond mobile service. My request ended up being after hours and from the time I called to the time my spare key fob was programmed was about 30 minutes total. Pricing was very fair. The only downfall was that the key fob did not come with an actual key to be cut in the even of the fob battery dying. Regardless, I’m happy that I now have a spare fob.

The technician was rude from the time he showed up. Originally, we thought he was having a bad day. Then came time for payment, we offered to pay via credit card, he said "no, too many merchant fees! I prefer Zelle!" So I sent via Zelle and when it asked for his name he said just list "Locksmith". The number he gave was registered to Rital Services and it seems as a consequence, Zelle is holding the funds pending verification of his identity. The problem is with his originally telling me he won't leave my property until he receives the payment in his account, then calling me multiple times after he did leave that same evening and now calling me the next day insisting that I call my bank and ask where the money is! I've provided him proof from both the bank and Zelle that the funds left my account! He was extremely impatient when I was processing the payment with Zelle, even insisting that I NOT send the $1 test for accuracy! This has become a nightmare! To add insult to injury, my car did not recognize the key fob after running a few short errands on the same evening it was programmed. I had to hold it by the push button in order reset it. Definitely not worth the hassle. Now thinking I would have been better off just paying the dealership the $360 instead!

I would not recommend this service. I was told that it would be starting out at about 150 to get a key made for my truck if my truck’s programming worked. He gets there and it works and he quoted me $300 said that that was the best that he could do…I told him no thank you and he turns around and says $200 would work. I proceeded to tell him I’m good man. To be told I still have to pay a $120 service fee. There was no communication of a service fee or I wouldn’t had had them come. I paid $120 for my doors to have to be locked again so nobody just got in my vehicle and have someone else come do it for the price they said up front and 1/2 as expensive as this company’s price . Be upfront! Not put people in alward situations. Bad business.

The locksmith was to be at my house between 11 and1 on a Saturday. He didn’t arrive until after 2. Took over a hour to make the key. My whole Saturday was wasted just sitting around waiting on someone to show up.

You did what you said you were gonna do. In a faster time then you said it was gonna be done. When the guy showed up he was in my truck in under 1 min. And he showed up less then 30 minutes from when I called. Couldn't ask for more then what I got. Thank you

Very easy. Locked my keys and wallet in vehicle and they facilitated three way call to my wife.

It did not take very long for them to get to us. Little pricey for how quick the actual opening of the vehicle required. Not sure if that is a normal price or not since never needed this before.

Great Service

The locksmith came quickly and was very efficient. There was a problem with the woman dispatcher though. We couldn’t make her understand that everything was locked in the vehicle. Fortunately, my husband had his credit card in his hand, because he was using it to purchase gas. She asked many questions we couldn’t answer with everything locked inside. We were so fortunate that a man who had pulled into the station for gas used his phone to call a locksmith. He was like an angel sent to help us.

He was so fast and seemed eager to get me back on the road. Was very kind and did an excellent job.

Communication on arrival time was accurate and frequent which I loved. He got there and it took longer to do the paperwork he needed to do than to open the car! Great service. Also expensive but way more reasonably priced than I expected! THANKS
