Deliberately ordered a Keter shed through Keter having had a somewhat dubious experience with another supplier. The experience was perfect. There was a first order discount. The communication was exactly as described. The product was very good.
Delivery was prompt and highly efficient. It seemed remarkable that this was so good but it’s actually what it’s meant to be like.

The shed its self is great but the Stronghold shed is advertised as an 8x6 feet shed when in fact it is 8 by 5foot 6 inches.

The delivery chaps were faultless - very impressed with that part. I was kept informed throughout about what was going to happen and when. The ordering of new shed was good. There was a leaflet called instructions but, it isn't very useable/clear from the photographs but, I was able to check if all of the bits were there (which they were and nothing had been damaged). The shed roof is impossible to fit/align despite level ground. I found that the original shed was much faster to erect than this one that, I have given up on. There are a lot of mini screws that screw into nothing, any pre-drilled holes don't appear to line up and the panels consist mainly of dents instead of holes but all appear close to the edge so not sure how much of shed is actually screwed together. Thank goodness it is in a corner next to a fence or it may blow over! Overall, currently I am not as impressed as I was with the original more sturdy shed. I had cause to ring the helpline but, it was shut from 16:00hrs so useless to me.

This is the second product i have bought from Keter, that had damaged parts, plastic was broken in several places, quality is very poor, not very strong, not to difficult to put together, instructions quite good,Roof panels were quite difficult to slide in place, especially as the shed is close to a fence, which i would imagine most would be. Not sure how long it will last, the storage unit I bought from Keter, plastic has already started to break down and the piece that locks the doors in place has broken off, it became very brittle in the sun etc. Will go back to wood next time, its strong and if you look after it, it will last for years

Excellent product make sure you have level base to put shed on too as no adjustment for doors overall a great product

I placed my order and it was dealt with quickly. The delivery company was brilliant. They phoned to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived, they carried the very large parcels to the place when I wanted them and placed them so they were not causing a problem. All round, very good service.

I purchased 4 Adirondack chairs through a third party, one of which arrived with the back missing. This was soon resolved, by sending a complete new chair, rather than the missing back. Which was great but then I was left with half a chair that seemed to good to just throw away. So I contacted Keter direct asking if they could supply the back as a spare part, which they did, and at no cost as a gesture of good will. My experience with the customer service agent, Michael, was excellent he was courteous and sorted out the matter within a couple of days. It has been a really pleasant experience dealing with keter. I can recommend the Adirondack chairs and I will definitely look at other keter products in the future.

Product i purchased is great looks greats and is of high quality. I recently enquired about adding additional shelves to find they dont sell these in the UK yet. However Michael enquired and sourced it for me. I am expecting delivery of items for free. I am really impressed and happy with my purchase so far.
