Our financial advisors switched from Commonwealth to Kestra about 7 months. Since then we have not been able to see all our household accounts in one place. Doing something as simple as resetting a password is impossible. If you need to do it you are "locked out" as their system does not send the email to update password. The financial advisor has no access due to 2 factor authentication. The systems this company uses suck big time! Also as client you can't contact Kestra yourself. If you are considering signing up with an advisor that uses Kestra, do yourself a favor and find someone else! There are better platform out there!
