Kessler Meats Poor Customer Service
While I can say the product quality is very good, however, because a business relationship is about more than the product, I cannot give my referral to this company. The owner, Stuart, seems to be quick to anger. He took issue with my frustration of making numerous calls for an appointment to BUY product and proclaimed he works day and night to serve his customers...Kind of confusing if you ask me...but you decide for yourself. I see it as a simple question: Do I want to spend my money at a business who has terrific product, but poor human interaction skills? I say NO...Like Stuart, I work hard for my money and I want to reward community businesses that have a community mindset...not "I don't like something so you're bad" attitude.
