There is no way to reach them.

Stay away from this store. Once you purchase online, there is no way to reach them. Not by mail, not by phone. They simply ignore you altogether and there is no recourse. You loose your money and unless you can call the german police from your country, your are up for an uphill battle.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP

Update: The parcel has been delivered. It took almost five weeks.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. I'm so sorry about this mess. I placed an order for a lot of money - I received an order confirmation, but no goods! I paid, but did not receive any package. I have written to them several times, but they do not respond - neither by email nor via website. Pay back my money or ship my parcel - otherwise next step will be contacting the local police in order to stop this scam shop :(

Keramik-kraft does not care about their customers

Bought a kittec studioline eco 125 from keramik-kraft.

What they promised:
2 - 3 weeks delivery time.
Programs for the burning of stoneware on the control.
Information on changes in the delivery time.
Good service in case of any problems.

What we got:
8 weeks delivery time.
No programs at all on the Controller.
No information about delays and when I contact them I am told that the delay is due to the unrest in the Red Sea.
No service as the oven did not work.
After reporting the error to them on both e-mail and phone, I hear nothing from them for 2 weeks and when I contact them again I am told that the error report must be made by e-mail and I will receive a response within 5 working days.
When I tell them that they have had 12 days already, I get a message to report an error again.
Keramik-kraft does not care about their customers. As long as they get their payment..

they just ignore you

I am a long time customer of Keramik-Kraft and bought from them items for many thousand euros over the years. All went well until today. They sent me a defective wheel that should be covered by a 2 year warranty. I wrote to them describing the issue and got no answer. Wrote again and again and never got any feedback. Today I tried to call them and non of the provided numbers worked.
I do not live in Germany, so I suspected that they do not want to take care of a product that has been sent abroad, but now I see it's the rule. They ignore you, probably hoping that sooner or later you will give up.
I am sorry. I liked the shop.

Very disappointing

I ordered some glazes and received the order minus a glaze that had leaked all over the delivery drivers' van as he had to return the parcel to his depot to clean it up.
I have asked for a replacement but it has been weeks and they have still not sent it. I am so disappointed with their complete lack of care and customer service.

Did a order one glaze was not on stock will be shipped later but the commutation is HORRIBLE

They call me Frau buckenmaier.. i don't know who that is but good privacy you have there.

When you send an email you.almost never get a reply?? If you do it's in German. I don't understand German

Why have an English option on your site when you can't even reply on English

Do.something about the commutation your losing costumers this way

No reply

I have made i big order 31-01-22. One item was broke, one was a wrong glaze and one item was not in stock.
I have tried to contact the company by phone (wasn't possible) and by email several times (plus different available email adresses). Spam filter checked. Now two months has been passing and I still do not now how to get my missing items or money back.
I really like their assortment, so I find it really sad that the costumer experience do not match the great website.

Bad service

I ordered few items a month ago. Few of them were missing so after 2 weeks they finally send them to France. I waited 1 week for my order. When I checked on dhl website it was writing that my order had been delivered to my place, which was wrong. I didn't get anything. So I call Keramik Kraft to check with DHL, they were really nice and told me that they were gonna check and sent me back my items. I waited for few more days and I called them back because I didn't get any email about my shipment statue. They told me they had a lot of problems with DHL so they couldn't do anything, they will "try" again to send me my items the day after. And they add that actually it'was my fault to order items before christmas. They don't know if the can refound me the 200 euros that I pay for nothing. And I didn't get any email to tell me if they did sent me again my items.
Don't trust them. They are telling me wrong informations about my order since 1 month. Those items are really important for my work but now I have neither my money neither my items.
Really bad service.

I've been trying to contact by mail for a month already. no one responds to my mail. I have ordered quite a lot of the things and I have just half off it .

We sent you 3 items with free on charge. 3 items are not deliverable at this time. You got the money back. If you like you can visit next time one of our 8 stores. Waiting over 3 weeks for my order

Waiting over 3 weeks for my order! Super bad service. They don't communicated fair and transparent. Called 4 times, then they tell me 1 of my glazes isn't in stock. Why don't they write an email telling me this? They communicate on the website they ship on the same day and deliver within 2-3 days. Big fraud and will never order with them again.

Hello Mrs. Jordan, now we found you with another name in our system. You had two orders in our company. First order from 17.5.2018 over 39,83 EUR. This was ent at 4.6.2018 and there was one item was not available. OK, sorry, that's to long, we hoped to get the missed item but it was not available from the factory. But the next order from 17.7.2018 over 42,23 EUR you got 2 days later completly. We understand that was not a perfect start but with our second delivery to you we could show that we are better than you write in many forums (Trust Pilot, Google etc.) about us.
