Working with Kent Reliance has been brilliant but am now moving most of my money from the ease access account because you have reduced the interest rate - can get 4.5% elsewhere!

I have trouble logging in sometimes but get there in the end.The service is good they keep in touch and let you know when accounts are about to expire in advance which is good.

Certain aspects of the website are a little clunky and look a bit dated but overall everything works well and transactions are quick. Responsive communication via text and email is also good.

I had no problems with online access to the site or with arranging my savings plan, a major plus!

I’ve saved with kent for some years now and find the website easy to use,and generally the rates are pretty decent!

I will have to wait and see before I can leave a review, depositing £7000 was fairly easy, I'll wait and see how it goes from here on.

Easy to open an account and I received immediate confirmation that money had been transferred in as soon as it left my other bank's account

Although they are going through changes to enhance security,I was able to navigate without to much trouble. I am kept informed and withdrawing money is easy to accomplish.

I have a number of bonds invested and all of them excepted my first choice nominated account, but you did not! This meant I had to use my second choice nominated account which is an inconvenience. The reason you did not accept Handlesbanken was simply because they do not show on statements their sort code. This is because it is the same sort code for all UK based branches of that bank. You would not even accept a letter from them confirming this. This is poor and the reason I give you only 3 stars. I don't suppose you will reply to this negative feedback!

I spoke with a gentleman with an Indian accent this morning. He was very courteous and helpful and solved the problem splendidly.

I have previously managed two online ISA accounts with KR with no issues. KR are now moving accounts to 'New Online Services', in the mean time the 'old' online services do not seem to be functioning correctly. I logged onto look at two ISA accounts, and the page became non-functional. I logged in 3 times in total, the 3rd time I could not get to the details of one of the accounts & then got a message to say I had made too many requests!
KR are now going to move accounts to the new platform with new account numbers and sort codes. They also require the account holders to provide a mobile phone number:
"We need you to use a mobile phone because our registration process for the platform uses two-factor authentication and one-time passcodes sent by SMS to verify identity when logging in or completing secure actions"
Well I wish they had informed me of this at an earlier stage, I would not have then transferred an existing fixed rate ISA into a new issue with them in early April
I have no mobile phone (no signal at home). What am I supposed to do? Why can't one time passcodes be sent via the new digital landlines?

Made a complaint 7 weeks ago, have heard nothing.

A great place to save with, other than they don't tell you when there are better rates and accounts that you have to manually find and transfer over to.

Was planning to transfer a cash isa in from MoneyFarm, as they annoyingly couldn't do this online I had to post the forms to them via post which I did 1st class on Monday the 18th May. I've repeatedly requested confirmation the forms were received and stated I would cancel the transfer if no confirmation was received. I work in finance myself so I appreciate transfers take time but acknowledging the forms were received or at least getting back to me to say they weren't is the most basic level of customer service when you're planning to send them tens of thousands of pounds. Gotten fed up of waiting so have contacted current provider and instructed them to cancel the transfer to Kent Reliance, great glimpse as to how much of a pain they would be in future if I'd gotten the account open and needed anything. Don't trust them with your money.
