Carpet Tile installation
Overall the process to choose, measure, order and install was seem less. The only critique I have is that the installers took advantage that an additional shoe molding was going to be installed and were a little sloppy with some of the cuts close to the baseboard. Had there been additional carpet tiles left over I would have requested they replace the poorly cut tiles.

An Awesome Experience
I contracted for a new floor, new stairway carpeting and new window treatments. The crew was punctual, polite and professional. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the materials and installation.

Outstanding quality work!
My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the work done by the whole team at Kenny's Carpet One. Kenny Hogan's suggestions were the answer to our floor's needs. The workmen were consummate craftsmen who did such a terrific job refinishing our hardwood flooring and installing the tile and grouting. Our home now has a "wow factor" when you come through the front door! Our highest compliments!

Ok but not a great experience
I chose to go local over big box competition... well honestly no difference. Sal helped me with the measuring and billing, he was very professional and the two guys that came and laid the carpet down were great and professional! But, yes there is a but... costumer service in the office was not great! I had to call to schedule a date to come lay the carpet down and also call to confirm they were coming . No call from interior office and they even charged my credit card full price not a deposit before carpet was even installed!! So bottom line is I could have went to big box chain and been treated the same, like a number not a customer. I always try to shop local to help the small businesses, this time it did not pay off.

Colleen I am so sorry that you feel like you had a bad experience. It is really not typical of the way we handle things. We try to be departmentalized so that nobody slips through the cracks and everyone is treated attentively. I apologize if you were not called right away for scheduling you have every right to feel the way you did since you made a stock merchandise purchase. It is customary for us to schedule those jobs immediately and you were not wrong in expecting that. In regards to the payment in full, the only reason that was done is because the credit offers change all the time so therefore in order to be sure you get what you wanted with no interest and deferred payment it needs to be run right away. Again I apologize if this was not mentioned to you during the sale process. I hope that with this explanation and apology you will be able to consider us again for your future flooring needs. I promise it is always our goal to make people truly feel like people and not a number!

We have done business with Kenny's on a few occasions. I call him for all of my floor and carpet needs. I trust him and honestly, I do not price shop around.
