I like many others had lost a festival ticket over the years of it being postponed and I just wanted to put out there the level of help I’d received, Diane was amazing, 10/10 service and assured me I wouldn’t miss the festival.
There’s a reason rebellion is my favourite festival and it’s not just down to the bands playing but the people behind it as well.
