I bought shoes that were apparently in stock, and then got an e-mail from KCMode saying they were too damaged to ship to me. All subsequent e-mails from me have been ignored. Three weeks later, I have a PayPal dispute open and still total silence from KCMode. Going out of business?

Non-Response to my email request.
Although the sales representative was initially very helpful, after I had placed the order, they completely ignored my requests to change this, continuing to process the original order, despite the items not being sent out for a further five days!
Could have purchased same item cheaper elsewhere (£10+)
