From having the accident, it was quickly sorted by the insurance company for KC Autos Accident Repair Centers Ltd who contact me and to arrange a pickup of the damaged car. I was kept informed by logging into their website the status of repair and was also contacted by phone as well. When they finished the repairs, it was dropped off on time, and it had been valeted. I’m very pleased with their work and quick repair.

I was kept up to date with the progress of the repairs by texts and phone calls.
I was kept up to date with the progress of the repairs to my car, which I knew would be a lengthy process as the parts were difficult to acquire because it is a new car. Simon got in touch by text and phone calls always apologising for the delay, which I knew wasn't their fault and told him so. When I had the car back it looked really good....no bumps, dents, scrapes, a new car again.👍

Absolutely lovely experience with these guys. Car went in through insurance, plenty of communication from them about updates regarding the works. I also paid privately for some works whilst they had it and had no problem with working on it and definitely exceeded my expectations when the car was returned to me. Car looked brand new! Smashing job and very helpful, kind and respectful staff. Will definitely be using in the future and recommending to others.

Someone drove into the back of my car about a month ago and Kc autos was the garage that the insurance company had chosen.great communication from the start.They arranged to collect my car from work and also dropped it off at work 5 days later,superb job done to replace damage you wouldn’t notice anything has happened,and also cleaned inside and out.its like a new car.
