Don't use Kitchen and Bath -
When we went to install the sink, there was a visible defect in the pedestal which had been covered up with white caulk which was easily rubbed off. When I called K&B I was told that it was outside of their 30 day return policy. They offered to sell me another but not replace the obviously defective unit. Guess I really didn't save any money buying from them after all...
Well the phone call was recorded for "quality and training" and the pictures I sent clearly show a manufacturing defect.. I explained to agent that it was over 30 days because the defect was covered up and not visible when I opened the box.

The damage was reported more than 30 days after the order was delivered, which is beyond the standard claim period set by the manufacturer. Additionally, when the issue was first brought to our attention, there was no mention of any caulk being used to cover the defect. Had that detail been shared at the time, we would have immediately submitted a claim to the manufacturer for a warranty replacement.
This item shipped directly from the manufacturer, and we’re still happy to assist. If you can provide clear images of the defect, we can forward the information to the manufacturer for review and potentially arrange a replacement under warranty. We also offered a replacement at our cost as a courtesy to help resolve the situation in the meantime.
We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to make this right.

Just replace that old toilet! We had very helpful phone assistance in ordering a
Toto Drake toilet from Kitchen and Bath Authority. The price was the best on the internet. It arrived promptly and intact, and I was able to install it myself. We have been using the "new" toilet for 5 months and it performs as well as the best reviews said it would. Should have done this years ago.

No updates on back-ordered item
Ordered a bathroom vanity and site said it was in stock
(April 3). Later in the day it wasn't and the restock date was April 30. Every day since then, and sometimes twice a day I phoned to get a delivery update. Each time I was told that by the end of day they would give me a tracking number. I never received any updates of any kind from any agent ever. I could have purchased the item somewhere else but I was dragged along for a week with no information about delivery. A sales rep (or supervisor) I spoke to could have at least apologized for the lack of transparency and the misleading information and lack of customer service I was receiving.

We recently renovated three bathrooms and ended up purchasing almost everything from KBAuthority. We started by ordering a faucet as a trial run and were amazed when it arrived the very next day. After that, we worked closely with Benjie, who was incredibly helpful in guiding my wife and me through selecting the right vanities and cabinets. We also needed a custom glass door, which turned out perfectly. Overall, it was a great experience smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for Benjie if you need help choosing the right products.

Unfortunately I have found this company to be untrustworthy or reliable. After not receiving my complete order, the firm has refused to issue me a refund. I have followed their instructions. Returned what I received and now they say what I sent them was damaged. A blatant lie. It was never even removed from the original packing. No return has been processed and their is no way to speak to a human in the return department. Avoid this place.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I bought a faucet part that kept getting delayed in shipping. I called to cancel my order after receiving an update that it would ship SIX WEEKS after placing the order, they said no problem. Literally 5 minutes after I hung up I received an email that my order shipped, followed by an email saying I can’t cancel it because it’s shipped. I can return it and incur a 20% restocking fee, a $14.95 “handling fee”, plus the cost of shipping. I’ll be protesting the charge with my credit card company.
