The staff were very friendly and knowledgable about their products. They recommended a really good door fitter, and on the day of delivery rang to inform us of the time that they would be arriving. I would definitely recommend this company. All on al a great experience.
We had looked at doors online, but it was far better visiting the store and getting the advice of the staff.

It makes a change (sadly these days) to get great personal, friendly service, so it is refreshing to shop a Kaybee. Prices are great too. Tommy in the shop is patient, friendly and so helpful as is Rickie on deliveries. Thanks guys!

I went to order new doors unfortunately the doors I wanted where not in stock, Ricky helped provide a more than suitable alternative, he was great at organising the delivery at a convenient date and time, upon depiver Ricky unloaded the doors without a fuss. Highly reccomend!

Just ordered 7 internal doors, firstly the quality of the doors was excellent, the customer service when ordering, sizing and suggestions was brilliant, well done lads, price was fair. The delivery, friendly, professionalism was second to none, well done Ricky. Now the fitting, Ricky spoke to the fitter Gary who attended at short notice, he was friendly and professional, he sorted the doors and fixtures in no time, no mess, no problem just a great job, the price he charged was fair, I would recommend both Kaybee doors and Gary with no hesitation, well done to everyone, Ricky and the team and Gary, pleasure doing business 👍 Peter & Jackie

Popped in to discuss doors with the guys as they were recommended to us by friends. We were greeted with a smile and allowed to look around without being bothered. Some of the staff were a little busy at the delivery shutter which was open as they were taking doors off a wagon. After looking around for a while and having a few questions we approached one of the staff and he was more than happy to answer our questions. We didn't buy at the time but left with a good idea of what we want and decent advice. We will be back once building work starts.

When u buy from kaybee doors they fall over themselves to be as helpful as possible to get their hands on your money. The manager Adam couldn’t have done more to make sure you placed an order they even recommend a fitter to fit your new doors. Sadly as soon as they have your money that’s where the service ends. I paid for my door to be painted by them and fitted by their so called competent joiner Barry. The paint job is so poor that water has got in to the door and it’s delaminated in the centre. The door is coming away after only two months of fitting. Adam is like Jekyll and Hyde He was aggressive and refused to accept that one of their doors could possibly be faulty. The will lie and try to fob u off with every excuse they can think of. As for the joiner they recommend he hasn’t fitted the door properly. it appears he’s took too much of the door at the time of fitting kaybee refuse to accept any responsibility despite recommending the fitter 😂 Kaybee doors are a cowboy firm who will just take your money and don’t want to know when the crap they sell develops a fault. Word of advice go elsewhere There are plenty of door firms to choose instead of this one. Formby doors. will fit your door properly If you must deal with the sharks make sure you pay with your credit card so u can do a chargeback or section 75 claim if something goes wrong Better still don’t buy from them at all and go elsewhere. YOU HAVE BEeN WARNED ! ! Judging by the owners reply they don’t like honest reviews Which will damage their business. See thru their lies. I didn’t take anything off the door their recommended fitter did why would I pay a fitter then trim the door myself 😂. Shows them up for the sharks they are Go elsewhere

We visited Kay bee doors a few ago looking for internal doors,with little knowledge of the type of doors we wanted. We were introduced to Ricky who dealt with us from the inception. We made several visits before identifying the doors we wanted. Ricky’s knowledge of the type of doors, amounts that could be safely trimmed off, greatly assisted our decision. He advised on the specific hinges, locks and handles, and by the time we finished, we were more than satisfied with the advice and the’ banter’, which made the whole thing an experience.
Ricky maintained contact with us through the whole process, from start to delivery, and to be honest, they were not pushy in any way, but just gave good solid sound advice, and recommended a few fitters, one of which we have agreed to use.
Price wise they were comparable if not better to many other places.Free delivery and each item checked upon delivery. Great service all round, and a pleasure to deal with. I have read a few adverse comments , wh I I am surprised, and I can honestly say I would definitely use again. Well done Ricky and colleagues. Credit to the business. Regards Paul .

The two solid oak fire doors from Kaybee which i paid £450 for were delivered with marks and stains, when i complained and asked for a discount i was blamed for causing the stains no less Avoid at all cost

We had to replace a door and Kaybee provided excellent service from Adam the Shop/depot manager to driver Ricky and his colleague Rod. They were all most helpful and gave great advice.
We have always had great helpful service from the Kaybee team.

I'd had a nightmare sourcing doors that had enough play on them to accommodate a 'disjointed frame'. Sourced appropriate doors via Kaybee, received really quickly and as promised as I was panicking about the Christmas rush/Christmas trikes etc and needed them in time for the planned joiner.

The delivery drivers Ricky & Rod were awesome, called me ahead of arriving, lifted them into the house and even recommended suitable treatments for the doors and a guide on applying this effectively to get the most of my doors without damaging them!

Excellent service all round and will be revisiting to purchase doors for my next project very soon!

Excellent service. This is the second time I have ordered doors from Kaybee doors - I was so pleased with my doors for downstairs that I ordered similar for upstairs.
Selection and advice in shop is great and prices are very competitive. Communication about delivery is perfect. Ricky rang me to arrange a suitable time and messaged me when he was on his way. We had a problem with opening/closing my garage door to store my doors and Ricky and Adam were patient in trying to find a solution. They definitely went over and above what’s expected and I was really impressed. I have already recommended Kaybee doors to lots of friends and family.

Would have no hesitation in recommending Kaybeedoors, they have been absolutely brilliant from the start. Bought 9 doors plus furniture, the staff in the shop were so very helpful. Rod did a great job painting them. Ricky rang this morning with approx delivery time and he and Rod delivered on time, great couple of lads and a great advert for their company. Helpful advice when selecting 5 internal oak doors - communicated well on delivery date - decided not to go for factory finish & selected our own - Rod did a great job & really pleased with the end product

Can't recommend them enough. Staff in the store were brilliant when we first went in, offering really helpful advice and guidance. A wide range of doors and fittings on show. They did us a great deal on an order of 10 doors and had them in within a week. Equally helpful on the phone sorting out delivery which was on time as promised and very efficient. After sales care also good, which is why we've got another 3 doors on order. A great team all round

We ordered doors months ago and asked if Kaybee Doors would hold them for us in their warehouse as we had no room to store at home. The customer service we received was first class. So accommodating and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the gentleman who dealt with our request was extremely professional. We finally had our doors delivered yesterday and again, they kept us updated in terms of delivery timescales and Ricky who arrived with the doors was fantastic. From start to finish our experience of Kaybee Doors has been amazing. I would definitely recommend them as a company and would not hesitate to order from them again. Superb service.

Ordered doors which were delivered on time by a charming delivery man who carried all doors into the house for me.
We then realised we had ordered one door the wrong size.
I contacted Antony at Kaybee doors who was wonderful ordered the correct size and could not have been more helpful.

We orded 5 expensive doors from here a couple of weeks ago was told when they come in they would be delivered free of charge then when I gave postcode was told can’t do it for nothing and was charged £30 i
Was called to say doors was in stock and would be delivered but 1 door didn’t come in stock so had to wait, for it to follow,was rang after delivery to say door was now in I asked could it be delivered informed them that we had joiner coming they said they would try, they never got back to us so I rang for an update told them the situation with the joiner and they said can’t do nothing about it as no delivery drivers are available they where off work, I took half a day off work to collect the door to give to the joiner when I arrived at the shop there was a guy behind the counter called TOM then while I waited to be dealt with a delivery van pulled up outside the shop, the driver came in behind the counter to serve customers and complained to TOM that he was stuck in traffic and that why he was so long out delivering saying yesterday was the same . I then asked had he been out making deliveries TOm quipped in quickly and told the driver to say NO to me right in front of me I confronted TOM with the question why was I told lies and not had my delivery to wich he rudely responded saying I suppose this will be my fault I made it clear I wasn’t happy this had cost me half a days pay plus borrowing a vehicle after them charging me for delivery my experience was awfull he was so rude I hope thi is dealt with please be aware as they lie to you !! Why did he say he’d been delivering the last 2 days ? That’s a lie I’m sorry and yes wasn’t a problem paying delivery no exscuse to lie and be rude as TOM was!why did he tell the driver to lie in front of my husband !
