💍-I’ve been thinking a lot about a recent experience at Summit Mall. Two weeks ago,I went in looking "rough" twice. I mean just out of the gym I believe my shirt had a hot sauce stain on it... It was bad.....

💍-One person, Jaime, treated me like I was the most important person in the room both times. She didn't know "The Don" was under the gym clothes—she just knew how to treat a human being.

A few days ago I popped in and bought a watch the next day bought a ring and I'm actually headed there now to buy a chain.

♠️-If you treat a person like a millionaire, they’ll act like one. But more importantly, if you treat a person with mercy and kindness, you win a customer for life. Shoutout to Jaime for seeing the man, not the outfit.

♠️-We always say we treat the janitor and the CEO the same, but Jaime actually lives it. Because she treated me like a millionaire when I looked like a wreck, I walked back in as THE DON and bought the entire store...

Screwed by kay

I ordered a cross pendent and a few other pendants So small you couldn’t even see the jewels. Cheap ass shit Will never order anything from them again. Very disappointed. Nothing like what was in the pictures. Please do not waste your money on this cheap ass shit. I wish I had checked the reviews. All. BAD DO NOT BUY

Worse experience ever

Went into the store to purchase diamond earrings on 12/18/2025. Store # 1453 in Valley Hills Mall. After choosing a pair I bought them and the lifetime protection Kays offers. Several days later I received an email from the store manager, Leah Chester informing me that the associate that helped me charged me for the wrong earrings wanting me to come back into the store. I went back to the store to talk with Leah but she was out sick. I had another manager I spoke with. She knew exactly who I was and what had happened. When I showed her the earrings, she snatched them right out of my hands and refused to give them back. Treated me like broke person who couldn't afford them. She called Leah on the phone and I was told I could buy them at the price they had on them that day. NO DISCOUNT for being honest or their mistake!! I told them I would buy them and pay extra since I came back into the store and didn't just avoid them. Call corporate is all I got!! No one tried to help me with my purchase at all so I ended up going to Zales and purchasing diamond earrings spending more money than I would have originally at Kay Jewelers.

Hubby bought white gold with diamonds…

Hubby bought white gold with diamonds ring for our 50th anniversary-i am allergic to white gold. Went to Kay store where he bought it to try to exchange it for something for the price he paid. Was told I had to spend an additional $1k so I told them no way. Went to a gold trader location and they only gave me $500 asked why and was told the gold was only 10k not the 18k my hubby paid for and the diamonds were actually lab diamonds when he paid for natural diamonds (they were only chips but still…) Stay clear of Kay’s they are a ripoff!!!

Horrible Jewelry Store

My boyfriend purchased jewelry for Christmas back in November. It has taken 4 weeks to get confirmation that the package was never picked up and shipped. He asked for a refund and to cancel the order but they refuse to honor this since the “label was printed” even though they immediately charged his card. We were honestly thinking of buying an engagement ring here but I would NEVER trust this company!!!

I’ve been a Kay Jewelers customer since…

I’ve been a Kay Jewelers customer since I purchased my diamond ring in 2006, and I always believed their warranty meant something. Unfortunately, my recent experience proved otherwise.

My diamond developed a chip, and instead of honoring their warranty or offering a reasonable solution, Kay Jewelers told me I would have to pay $1,800 for a replacement diamond. On top of that, they pushed me to “upgrade” the stone rather than simply replace what I already paid for and have taken care of for nearly two decades.

This feels like a complete disregard for loyal customers and for the promises made at the time of purchase. I expected honesty and support — not upselling and refusal to stand by their product.

I’m extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing from Kay again. I hope others are aware of how their “warranty” is handled before choosing to shop here.

I left a review on here that stated manager is rude. I cannot find it. It was a mistake. I never have an issue at Kay’s. Though I was quite upset that I paid a lot for a watch and had Kay’s send it out for a repair. Only to find it being couple hundred bucks for repair. That was upsetting. However, 99% of the time I have nothing but great cs toward me

I was helped by the ASM, Sydonna Vaughn at the Wilson , North Carolina location… she was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and knew exactly what I needed and helped make my shopping experience very pleasant and joyful…. I will be back again for something else sooner or later… thanks Kay’s

My Movado watch was sent out to get a…

My Movado watch was sent out to get a new battery. It came back earlier than expected which was good. I used the Kay credit card to get it out , still good. Now here's the problem I used my debit card to paid the bill and paid in full. I noticed a $32 dollar charge on my credit report I went to the store and called the number on the card to see what was going on. At that time the bill was $88.76 cent, paid in full. Now the bill is 88.79 cents the sales lady forgot to add 3 pennies and that's where the $32.00 dollar late charge came from. How is this my fault, that's what they are claiming.
I will Never buy anything from them again. I'm taking legal action.

Closed account as I did not use their CC fast enough

I was about to make a purchase on my Kay Jeweler's credit card only to find out that they closed my account, as I didn't use their credit line in their timeframe (which was not that long ago). This lowered my credit utilization quite a bit and I will never apply again. Unbelievable. I was planning on purchasing gifts for the holidays and now I will no longer recommend or use this horrible company. So much for trying to use credit responsibly.

Pathetic !!!…

I will never ever take my jewelry back to Kay jewelers for repair not only that they cheap out on the repair and it broke the day after I got it back, but I had to send it off a second time and telling them to replace the piece, that’s broken and not repair it and what happened they repaired it. It was gone for almost a month between both repair times there was no information given or received from the staff at the store. All they did was try to sell me something new I will tell everybody I know to not buy there or have anything repaired there as if they could repair anything if they wanted too ! All they care about is selling you something new they don’t care about what you want ! Pathetic !!!!

Nationalized Scam Shop

Absolutely avoid purchasing anything from here, you will be overcharged, you will buy jewelry under the impression it has purer materials than it contains. At all costs avoid leaving your sentimental things at their shops to clean them as they have some very concerning investigations surrounding them.

Went to my regular Kay's store Balltown Road, Schenectady, NY

Had issues with a rope bracelet continually breaking and being sent out for repair. Wanted the repair shop to deem it not fixable but still came back fixed multiple times. Carrie understood my issue and made a quick phone call to make that happen, so that I was able to put the purchase price of the defective bracelet towards another one. Thank you Carrie.

ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE...

I had ANOTHER Great Experience this week at the North Dartmouth, MA location. Today I was greeted by Melanie and Katie with a smile and a big Hello as I was earlier this week. Melanie took the time to treat me like a human being and Not just a credit card. She helped me find a very significant purchase for myself. I hope that she knows that just in a few minutes, she created a special memory for me. People don't sometimes tell people that they appreciate someone and I really do. Thanks Melanie...

White gold ring turn yellow after 3 week

My husband bought my engagement and Wedding band from K jewelers in Stroudsburg six weeks after wearing my ring, my ring started to turn yellow my white gold diamond ring became yellow. I took it to the store and was told that is expected and this is why they sent the rings out to be dipped every so often After having the ring dipped according to case I noticed the ring started turning yellow again I was told by the sales associate that I shouldn’t shower sleep or wear my ring to work. I contacted corporate spoke to Jennifer. Who said she would look into it. This lady is yet to contact me back. She asked her pictures I sent her pictures never heard from her again called this lady five days a week no response Emailed Jennifer no response at this point buyers. Beware I would never purchase anything from K ever again and the worst thing is, I have a case
Kay’s credit card.

I made a purchase through Rakuten…

I made a purchase through Rakuten following every step exactly as instructed — no third-party apps, no coupons — and Kay Jewelers denied the cashback with no valid explanation.

Rakuten confirmed they earned no commission, so clearly Kay is not honoring their affiliate program.

This is dishonest and disrespectful to customers who shop in good faith. I’ve already escalated this to Rakuten, the Maryland Attorney General, and am warning others to avoid Kay’s deceptive practices.
