KAST CARD FEE HARVESTING SCAM
They use bots to do hat is eventually called fee harvesting. I had an unexpected transaction declined and before I could send funds to my card, they started their bot to repeatedly retry the transaction and fraudulently generate refusal fees. In a few hours, their bot sent me almost 400 emails and app notifications. I could barely use my phone, it would not stop ringing. Then I realized I was being scammed and removed the card as means of payment for the merchant that originally charged the card and sent me a single email notification of payment failure, as honest merchants do. These guys are professional scammers, don't use this card1

STAY AWAY. THIS IS A TRAP.
I am writing this to save you from a financial nightmare. Kast.xyz engages in what feels like predatory, illegal business practices. I sent a tiny test transaction of just $1 to my USD virtual account, and they instantly hit me with a secret $2 fee.
They didn't just take my dollar; they forced my account into a negative balance. This is a dangerous red flag. If I had sent a larger amount, I could have lost everything to undisclosed fees. They are not transparent, and they will charge you whatever they want without warning.
Support is useless and irresponsible. Do not risk your hard-earned money here—you have been warned.

KAST does not apply “secret” fees. Depending on the funding method, network, and your account/region, certain transfers can incur processing fees, and in some cases a fee can be charged even if the incoming amount is very small. A negative balance can happen when fees are assessed against a low-value transfer.
We can’t review account-specific details publicly here, but we do want to investigate exactly what happened on your account and explain any fees applied. Please email our Support team at support@kast.xyz from the email address linked to your KAST account, and include:
- the date/time of the transfer,
- the transfer method (and any reference/transaction ID),

Virtual card availability can vary by country due to licensing, compliance, and partner coverage, and that can sometimes change faster than our marketing pages are updated. Sri Lanka may not be supported for virtual card issuance at the moment, even if you saw it advertised.
Please email support@kast.xyz with the country you’re in (Sri Lanka), the email/phone linked to your account, and a screenshot/link of where you saw the ad/claim. The team can confirm current availability for your account and correct any misinformation on our side.
Funds withheld; no clear reason or timeline, they stole my money and refused to send to me
My account was blocked by KAST for a “security issue” and I’m stuck waiting with two refunds (total $269.70) in limbo. I sent ID, proof of address, and screenshots. All I get back are generic replies—no explanation, no steps, no ETA. This experience erodes trust. Customers deserve transparent reasons and a concrete timeline, not silence while our money is inaccessible.

Possibly a scam
I signed up on the Kast App, did the KYC and deposited USDT to activate my account on the Solana network.
I waited over an hour and nothing was reflecting on Kast.
I contacted Kast with my registered phone number, but I kept getting replies from a bot that they would not deal with me because I had to contact them via a registered number.
Pretty sure it’s a scam.

Deposits on Solana can sometimes take longer to appear if the transaction is still confirming, sent on the wrong network/token, or missing required details. And to protect customers from fraud, Support may require you to contact us from the same registered phone number/email on the account.
Please email our Support team at support@kast.xyz and include:
- the TXID (transaction hash) of your USDT transfer
- the network used (Solana) and the exact token you sent (USDT)
- the deposit address you sent to (screenshot is fine)
- the phone number/email on your KAST account
Our team will verify the transfer and tell you exactly why it’s not reflecting yet and what the next steps are.

Best card on the market
Only have positive things to say about KAST. Been a daily user since September 2024. I travel a lot for work, and KAST has worked everywhere in the world, both digitally with Apple Pay and the physical card.
