My experience with Kast has been extremely disappointing and has cost me approximately $3,000 so far.

Initially, I started using the card and was receiving cashback. Even though the FX fee was around 1.7%, the 1.5% cashback reduced the effective cost, which I accepted.

Later, I saw a post from the CEO about Kast Business, where it was promoted that users could receive 3% cashback with only a $1,000 annual fee. One of the requirements was having a US company. Based on this information, I rushed to establish a US company, which cost me around $1,000.

After completing everything required, I applied for Kast Business. To this day, I have not received a response regarding my application.

The next disappointment came when I used the card again with the exact same merchant I had used before. This time, I received no cashback. When I contacted support, I was told that this merchant was no longer eligible for cashback. Unfortunately, this information was not communicated in advance, resulting in additional unexpected costs.

The biggest issue happened when I deposited $2,000. Due to lag and performance issues in the application, I accidentally sent USDT on Avalanche C-Chain to an address displayed as a USDT BEP20 address.

When I contacted support, I was told that the funds could not be recovered because their service provider, Binance, supposedly does not support such recoveries. However, after contacting Binance directly, Binance informed me that the address was not provided by them.

At this point, I am still seeking a clear explanation regarding what happened to my funds and whether any recovery attempt can be made. I hope Kast management reviews this situation carefully and provides transparency regarding both the cashback changes and the handling of my deposit.

The support team replied to my comment and addressed every point, yet they were unable to answer the most important issue: the $2,000 that they refuse to return.

Ironically, that was the main problem I raised from the beginning.

Thank you for proving to your customers that you are unwilling to provide a clear explanation for what happened to those funds.

At first, I was very happy with Kast. The idea is great, and the SEPA Instant deposit worked perfectly. Transfers arrived within seconds, and I was genuinely satisfied. That's why I left a positive review earlier.

Unfortunately, I recently faced my first real issue:

I made two SEPA Instant transfers of €100 each on the same day.

· ✅ The Revolut transfer: arrived instantly.
· ❌ The Paysera transfer: never arrived, even though the sender confirmed it was successfully completed.

The problem is not with Paysera or Revolut. The issue is with Kast / OpenPayd, because the money reached them but was never credited to my Kast account.

I contacted customer support, but unfortunately, I didn't get any clear solution or timeline. Just generic replies like "We'll update you when we know more."

I truly hope your customer support improves, and that such issues don't happen again in the future. I really like the idea and the service, but trust is built on reliability when something goes wrong.

Very disappointing experience with Kast. My reward bonus has been locked for the last 2–3 weeks, and despite multiple attempts to contact support, I have received no response or assistance. The customer service is practically non-existent, and there is no transparency regarding the status of my bonus.

A platform should honor its promotions and provide timely support to its users, but Kast has failed on both fronts. If you are considering using this platform, be cautious and do your research first. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.

No transparency, money locked, and no care for the customer
I do NOT recommend this service. My KAST account was blocked right after I received a deposit of 10,701.90 USD, and my money has been locked with no explanation ever since. It’s been 48 hours with no response about when my funds will be released. I’ve contacted support repeatedly and sent every document requested, yet all I get is a generic “your account is under review” — no reason, no list of pending items, no deadline. This whole situation has put me through real distress and embarrassment. There is zero transparency, and it’s clear they don’t care about the customer. I demand the immediate release of my account and my money — or the full refund to my Brazilian bank account via PIX, right now.

Absolutely terrible experience. Every self account transfer gets flagged and they ask for the same endless documents over and over again. Large amount of money is now stuck and cannot even pay my rent/bills and they freeze my funds.

Avoid at all costs if u value efficiency

I trusted KAST for convenience, but they froze $4,000 of mine, even after I submitted a year of bank statements, proof of income, business licenses, and all documentation any Thai bank would accept. I even showed a recent $20,000 statement. Instead of resolving it, they demanded more invasive documents, becoming exactly the restrictive bank they claim not to be. Worse, their customer service is extremely slow, taking hours or even days to respond. When you’re relying on them as a reliable source of transferring money, this becomes a huge problem. Stay away if you expect transparency or fair access to your money.”

They finally cleared my account and then when I tried to send money out they froze it again after saying your account has been cleared, really feels like a scam.

I registered an account with this company to make online purchases. They suddenly blocked my account and demanded various documents, ranging from a video selfie with my documents to a video with my passport and visas. I provided all the documents I could, but they still weren't in a hurry to unblock my account and return access to my money. I deeply regretted dealing with this company and I don't recommend anyone to do business with them.

Avoid to use kast - they can block you for no reason and also use your deposits - I've been using kast for daily market transactions, they suddenly lock my account when i was at market, for "security" they said, but i do nothing wrong, plus my deposit they freeze.

after tons of provided information at whatsapp support, it's like bot asking same questions again and again, with fake "forwarded to our team" messages.

so, kast is big scam. avoid using it.

I deposited 2 times 100 euros via sepa instant transfer and later i did not received the third transfer losing my money. i was scammed and live chat did not helped me. i want my money back

Great usability and user experience. I especially appreciate 'kimisfast' for kindly helping me with my onboarding.

It’s one of the best crypto cards for USD spending. The rewards are simple and intuitive, and the app design feels sleek and premium. The Pengu card is also one of the bset physical cards that’s genuinely worth showing off.

I am a 1 year user of KAST, been onboarded by the team during an event back in 2025, the team was super supportive and friendly I made the switch from another service provider.

Pros:

1) Application UI is great and always improving, maybe too much lol always updating (don’t get me wrong that’s a good sign but too many)

2) It saved me!
Freedom to use stable coins anywhere, cash back rewards and Apple Pay support saved me in my travel trips due to limits imposed on my country’s banks credit cards abroad. When I had to extend my stay didn’t have other options but KAST was the key!

3) Their concierge service always helped me on issues via WhatsApp on a timely manner. Especially when I had an issue with Apple Pay not accepting adding any new HongKong cards, the got me covered with a new card that was accepted.

4) Got Physical and Virtual with Apple Pay support,

5) Crypto on chain, bank account and bank transfers.
Cons:

1) Not really a con but it was overwhelming a-bit to submit documents to KYC but now I know they make sure security is top notch.

2) Payment links to accept payments from the US.

3) Need more rewards to existing users or I am just greedy 😅

I had a terrible experience with Kast.
They requested an enormous amount of personal information from me: ID documents, biometric data, proof of physical address through a utility bill, and even proof of source of funds. After submitting everything, the banking service was never activated. For weeks, I kept receiving the same responses: “try again tomorrow” and “our team is working on the problem.”

After more than a month of useless waiting, I asked to close the account and permanently delete all my data. At that point, I was told that my data would still be retained for 5 years.

Very negative experience. I strongly advise everyone to be extremely careful before sharing such sensitive information with this firm.

I’ve been a Kast user for about 6 months, and the experience has been awesome. Now, every time I get my paycheck, I convert part of it into crypto just by making a SPEI transfer. I also went to Colombia, and the card helped me a lot with making payments

I moved all of my idle USDT to KAST after meeting the team in Dubai and couldn't be happier. My first time ever tapping to spend stables and now I'm doing it all over the world, with 0 issues. Also love the vaults giving over 4% on my available balance, and the KAST rewards too!

Excellent service, using it each time I pay abroad and works with my wallet and Cashback is instant

KAST is an amazing global money app. I use it globally. I would like them to offer more direct EUR or EURC integrated card PoS services as I'm based in the EU mostly. Overall, it's superb most of the time. Low fees, near instant international transfers globally in fiat and instant in crypto/stablecoins

Excellent experience with KAST cards so far. Fast transactions, high security, and very reliable service. Everything works smoothly for online payments. Definitely one of the best card services I’ve used.

The product works really well and the app looks aesthetically pleasing which made my experience smooth. However I think KAST should be usable using Samsung pay.
