I terminated my Kaspersky account but…
I terminated my Kaspersky account but still get billed for it. I would like to get hold of someone at Kaspersky South Africa to solve this problem quickly and easily but it is impossible. I cannot do it online as my old cell number is not in use for otp to work, so I need to talk to someone who can help me. The telephone numbers they sent me to call do not work. One never connects and the other one shuts down. Not impressed with their customer service.
