Among all online shopping my experience with KARWEI was the worst. Actually it was horrible. After about one month delay, the package was given to post (by KARWEI) and after about another month we were sent an email that the package is lost in post. Do you believe it?!
Then I received an email from KARWEI that I can either cancel my order to wait till the product is again available that they can sent it.

Useless company, dreadful delivery
Useless company. ordered Laminate and Subfloor for next day delivery (70 euro) 2 days later only the sub floor arrives. Had already ripped out the old office floor, and arranged for the new to be fitted but we have zero laminate. Now coming after 'apparently 3 days' so I now have to close my business for an extra day, so I will now lose money due to dreadful planning and service by Karwei.
My wife called customer service who where frankly as useful as a chocolate teapot in heat wave and did nothing to help.
Teach me to use a different company, wont be making that mistake again.
Zero accountability for their mistakes.

Looks as if I am not the only one leaving a bad Karwei review. This is what I just posted on Social Media as well. I am not amused!!!
Not cool Karwei! You send the wrong product (because you exhibit the wrong product at your store...wooden floor example and product code don’t match...endless painful story), to then need 3 attempts to pick it up again, to then not stick to agreements. You did not reimburse the full amount!? We are not paying for your mistakes. We want our money back, the FULL amount! Fix it!
The store in Amstel
The store in Amstel, around Spaklerweg keeps telling PostNL to not deliver any more packages, even though they are a PostNL pick-up point.
My package has been delayed three times because of this and that is not okay. I was in the store yesterday where the employees were complaining about the postal service and that they don't have enough space for all the packages.
Please fix this internally and not let it affect the customers.

SHOCKING BAD/ STAY AWAY. This is next level DISGUSTING. Go to Bol.com or others but these guys have a crap product and the follow through with client services is disgusting. You have to beg to have them listen to you and then they tell you it's your fault. No next day delivery service. Site lies. Had built in a 5 day delivery for an is stock product and it was delivered super late. NEVER USE THESE GUYS

Spilled paint on dress and floor and wrong paint delivered.
I have order paint from Karwei twice.
The first time two pots of paint was spilled which meant I got paint all over my dress and my floor. It was a big mess that took ages to clean up.
I have ordered another paint from them but they sent the wrong paint. They are now refusing to send me my order.
