Ordered a headlight assembly…received a box of chai tea.

Ordered a headlight assembly replacement and it shipped on time but I received a box of chai tea. Would have never known "this was to be the headlamp" except USPS provided me with their scanned image showing it was the chai tea that came with this tracking number. KarParts360 responded quickly but I was informed that I had to work with Amazon to get this resolved and to receive another headlight assembly.

Amazon came through but lost 3 weeks in the process.

Warning to New Customers Karparts360.2 Times in 2 Months I've Ordered a Set of Headlights.2 Times They Took Payment in Stock,Then Ignore Questions about Shipping for a WEEK.Then They Cancel Order (OutofStock) Refund Takes Another WEEK!!!! JUST HOLDING YOUR MONEY FOR WEEKS!!! Have Gmails to Show.
