Absolute joke of a company. I ordered the party station on the 7th April & they "say" shipping will take up to 5 days. Had a look at the order status on 17th April & it say's waiting for details.
I have messaged Karafun & the HO Recisio everyday this week, sometime up to 3 times a day & not had one sigle reply. I do not know who to contact to get a refund for the purchase.
Use with caution or better still avoid altogether!!!

I cancelled my subscription to Karafun.com back in February, yet they are still taking £6.99 every month from my account.
I have tried contacting support multiple times, but all I get are automated replies that go in circles and do not resolve anything. There is no clear way to speak to a real person, and no progress has been made on stopping the payments or issuing a refund.
This has been extremely frustrating and feels like a system designed to avoid helping customers rather than actually supporting them.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience

This app has let me down numerous times I have had server side issues with it. I’ve gotten the server error code message a million times. Songs not loading properly and taking a million years to load and actually play. I’m not going to use this app anymore until these issues get fixed. I have had more problems with this app than it actually working properly very disappointed with my experiences so far it freezes and never works for me just like every other app that I have ever used

So easy to setup and so much fun to use.
The music quizzes are a huge bonus!!

Not a patch on old originals like sunfly, zoom, legends, tried singing my old faves, found that karafun threw me all over the place, poor copy's of original tunes imo.Don't get up for a song if its a karafun version, just my opinion.

Karafun is my daily companion and brings me joy and happiness is singing my favorite songs. It is so easy to use and find songs I might hear and want to add to my library. I highly recommend Karafun!

They reactivated my account several months after it was cancelled and have been charging me for a service a don’t want.

They even charging an out of date credit card,

We had a great time at our student party. It's a solid app that is pretty easy to learn.

Great app, we got this for a friend’s birthday party and found almost every song we were looking for. There are some great features, such as being able to cast just the ‘viewing’ screen to a separate screen, change keys etc.

I did also have cause to contact customer service - their response was super quick, and the service excellent.

Highly recommend and will use again.

Found karafun to be great fun with an excellent range of songs and music to select and sing along with and adjust to enable different aged people to get involved. Great job Karafun.

Good quality and super easy to set up! The Karafun app has a very large catalog of songs, you can certainly find a lot in it. But since it also works as a regular Karaoke set, you can also use it with Youtube.

KaraFun is the backbone of my club. I run a Karaoke Club at UBC Okanagan, where we have over 250 attendees at our events.

The catalog has pretty much no major holes/omissions, and if there are any, there's a feature called KaraFun Studio that lets you add your own songs to their catalog (It is a bit limited, but it does the job!)

I don't see why you'd want to use another app. The catalogue is amazing and it has all the features you'd need in a karaoke app (vocals adjustment, key/tempo change, singer customization). Could not recommend this more!!

KaraFun is outstanding. I use it as a solo artist for live performance prep and backing tracks, and it really delivers. The tracks themselves are very convincing, and I can easily remove the lead vocals so I can sing and play instruments on top.

The features are excellent: the ability to change the key or tempo on the fly, adjust backing or lead vocals to suit practice or performance, and the history function (so I can revisit how I did a certain song) all make it incredibly practical. I also love how extensive the library is—there are very few songs I haven’t been able to find, and I’m searching for a wide range of material.

Well done, KaraFun—this is a five-star service in every way.

Karafun is a very high quality Karaoke app. I highly recommend it. The music sounds amazing. Not sure why some titles have exclamation marks beside them and you cannot play them. Why are they even there???

We found the music selections great. The controls for the system are very easy to use.

Definitely the best Karaoke App software to date . Love the remote option. Your audience can choose their favourite tune to sing and the tempo and key selection Is a bonus .
Will keep using KaraFun from now on . Highly recommend.. 5 *****

I took it only for my birthday but I use it really often in bars etc. I was never disappointed.

The best karaoke app on the market with very good customer service and vast library of songs.
