Low Quality Products and Very Bad Customer Service
Their kettles are truly low quality. I bought one that broke, returned it for repair, and after a lot of follow-ups, they neither returned my kettle nor refunded my money.
I then bought another kettle, which also broke. After many conversations with their customer service, they finally issued a return ticket for repair. I sent it back and was told to wait 21 days, and then an additional 40 working days for the repair.
Now more than 61 days have passed, and there is still no response from them.
If quality and customer service are important to you, it’s better to choose another brand.

The items are beautiful but changing the price of an item twice in 3 days is not encouraging.
I bought an items and wanted to reorder and within the three days that followed my delivery the price was changed twice and in increase.
Also for direct deliveries to the customer's home, please kindly take into consideration the delivery time requested by he or she. These parcels are heavy and picking them up from delivery point because we missed the not respected delivery slot requested is not advisable especially if the customer has no car.
