I’m in love with the waterbottles of Kambukka! Finally absolutely leakfree in lovely colours and designs! It really helps me keeping up with drinking more water!!

A small downsize is that the shippingcosts are quite high…

The price is really commensurate with the quality. I ordered my first Kambukka 4 years ago, followed by so many more. And yes, of course, I too once chose a different brand. But due to substandard quality and lifespan, I immediately regretted that choice 😅 I remain a loyal Kambukka fan ☺️👌🏼 Nice designs, long lifespan, and easy maintenance!

Absolutely brilliant travel cup, very well made , really great to drink from and clean, ordering and delivery was really easy and fast

The only thing letting it down that it is quite chunky, so won't fit most cup holders and button to open it to drink from it is very lound

I bought a two pack of these bottles from Costco and they are terrible, don't fit in the car, have a ridiculous opening and lock system. I don't use them, was forced to use one yesterday and was reminded of what a total waste of money these were, I will recycle them or donate them

Recently, I contacted customer service regarding an issue, and I was genuinely impressed by how professionally and efficiently it was handled. The team responded promptly, were polite and understanding throughout, and arranged a replacement without any hassle.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly stands by its products and values customer satisfaction. Excellent customer service like this is rare these days.

This company is just a big lie!! I bought a cup from them just 3 days ago and i saw that my drinks get cold after 1_1,5 hour while in product specifications written that it can up to 9 hours keeps hot!!!
Customer service said to me we didn't take cups back!!!!
How could company in Europe said this???

2 bottles in 2 years:
Two soaked and coffee stained backpacks and risk of damaged electronics.
Point of failure was the gasket sealing the mouthpiece on the lid in both cases: both with the 0.5l thermic bottles with screwcap.

Pretty much done with the brand at this point.

Purchased a twin pack Elton 750 ml from Costco. One seems ok but the other leaks when drinking from it and it’s not me. I can replicate the leak by opening the spout permanently using open setting toggle, place my thumb over the opening and seal it then invert the bottle. It leaks out between the seams where the body plastic -white, mechanism plastic - grey and grip section - cream, meet. I’m going to return it as the drink runs down my chin! I’ve put up with it for a month thinking it was just me.

Bought the Olympus jet black thermos cup about a year and a half ago. While the cup isolates quite well, it tends to leak quite often, which is obviously quite inconvenient. I also have some thermos cups from Ikea that only cost a fraction of this one, but are much more reliable.

Best customer service ever! Wrote a review about how awesome their products were, had a tiny thing about the smell and they responded by sending me cleaning tablets and a new waterbottle! One of the best stores to buy drink hold related products!

Very poor hot drinks cold within 2/3 hrs, claims of 9 hrs are far from the truth.
Don’t waste yr money

I purchased Kambukka Etna 2 Pack Coffee & Tea Mugs | 500ml / 17oz | 3 in 1 lid with Snapclean Technology (Silver & Black). The details in the description read: "Carry your drink cold for 18 hours and hot for 9 hours".
This claim couldn't be farther from the truth!! My hot beverage was cold after 3 hours. I am very disappointed that I fell for this marketing scam!

Pleasant webiste with easy to find products and options for personalized printing of products. I got the Elton Nightfall 3.0 1000ML bottle with personal printing. I have had thuis bottle for about 2 weeks now and this is the best bottle is could ever want. Easy to clean, easy to use and the water if chilled really stays cold for almost 48 hours when you don't drink it empty beforehand.

Strong and good quality, it holds the cold with ice cubes for a very long time.

Perfect bottle nice to handle.

My Kambukka Elton insulated bottle has everything one could want: you can drink with one hand, it's spillproof an it even fits into my car's cupholder.
I definitely would buy it again!
