We pride ourselves in producing products to the highest quality, offering an extensive range of cords and finishes for any application.

Our retail shop aims to despatch orders on the same day of purchase from our Factory in Leicester UK. Our opening hours are Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.

Good products, made in the UK
A great selection of products - almost the only place I could find with the specific replacement laces I needed - made in the UK. Decent prices, delivered on time and so far performing as expected. Would certainly use them again.

Fast Delivery but wrong width sent
Laces came within 2 days but they were not the 8mm I ordered and were actually 6mm wide.

Thank you for your recent order and feedback. We are sorry to hear you are not completley happy with the product. Our laces are tubular (hollow) so due to the nature of the product they do reduce in width very slightly when pulled taught as explained in the description. In a relaxed status they meausre 8mm.
If the laces are not suitable for your requirements, you are more then welcome to return them within 30 days for a full refund.
