Beautifully decorated restaurant and a really delicious Morten's evening at Kalkbrænderiet. It is a pleasure to see the mix of Nordic and African design and art tradition that represents the two owners. The evening's 3-course menu was composed of traditional ingredients but with an innovative twist. We were only supposed to have 2 courses, but the delicious dessert was rushed. The menu was definitely worth the price. Good atmosphere, nice French music and extremely friendly people who take the time to chat - We will be back.

This relatively new restaurant, Kalkbrænderiet, already stands out with a delightful blend of design-driven interior and vibrant dishes inspired by the Mediterranean region. The space is warm, stylish, and inviting, filled with beautiful furniture that create an atmosphere where you instantly feel at ease.

The food is rich in flavor and clearly crafted with care, offering a modern, thoughtful take on Mediterranean classics. The wine selection is equally well-considered and pairs effortlessly with the menu.

All in all, a excellent start with a distinctive charm, well worth a visit.
