It’s misleading

It’s misleading. You have to meet minimum purchases on some and the amount they reimburse for completed challenges isn’t even close to what the product costs. You end up losing money. Really disappointed. AND you have to have a $10 minimum to withdraw the money.. they only pay a couple dollars per challenge

It took 2 months to receive my order

It took 2 months to receive my order. Never received any tracking information or notification on being shipped. Shipping is ridiculous. Quality is poor. 3 large t-shirts, 3 different sizes. Would never by from again.

kalesafe sent me the wrong pants that took a generation to receive. then when I try to call them I never get an answer. if you see they are a scam believe it. what I ordered in the picture and the pocketless trash pants I got were the difference between black and white. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY go buy from a reputable company. they didnt even text me back. losers

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. The quality of the clothes is terrible and everything is undersized. There is no customer service. They will send you a canned response but forget about ever getting any more response or a refund. Please. Please. Please. Do not buy from them. Save yourself the anger. BTW, I provided more information so “they could help you” three times, and never got a response. So don’t believe their responses to the bad reviews.

25/02/2025 - No refund ever received from this company, paid for goods, returned goods at my expense and never got a refund

Made purcahse in Nov 23, received a Month later. Terrible quality, fitment absolutely not to size description. They do not provide a return label and returned at my own cost. They confirmed receipt 21st Jan. Confirmed refund on the 9th Feb saying would take 7-10 days to process. is Now 13th April and still chasing a refund. They do reply but just fob you off with it is processing, there is a delay and they will cycle you through responses from multiple users/ names all the usaul, there is a delay/ it is processing. Dont send your money to this Chinese company.

Follow on from purchase of 30thNov2023! Returned at my own cost as they would not provide retrun label and they received all items by 21stJan due to incorrect size. Kalesafe refused to give me a full refund, only agreeing to refund 5 of 6 items. They advised issued refund 10th Feb and should take 7-10 days. 02ndApr2024, no refund received. Chased every week and all emails advise of 'request is pending and awaiting approval', no further information is provided. Will confirm I ever receive a refund. If not then might be best to report to Bank to start with.

I was a bit dubious about ordering on…

I was a bit dubious about ordering on this site however there was something a really liked the look of, so decided to risk it.

This company is legit, and was pleased with how quickly I received my order and reply to my emails.

However, I think what made me put three stars is the quality of clothing vs the price. I ordered a long sleeve Yellowstone top with a fur neck.
I thought I was getting a fur lined top, with proper materials. But this is Terry cloth with a very strange inner lining.
Expected a fleece/jumper, but it's actually Terry cloth. Doesn't even have a inside labels.

Overall, pro, this is a shop that takes orders and delivers.
Cons, it's made in China, big price for the materials used.
So I was a little disappointed 😞

Unfair return policy

Kalesafe.com's response to my review below is misleading and unhelpful, as they continue to make me bear the shipping costs, unfairly burdening me to fix their error. They have already wasted a lot of my time.

Review:
Kalesafe.com shipped wrong items. Despite acknowledging their mistake and offering minimal compensation, I remain deeply dissatisfied. The refund offered was less than 22% of my original order value. Moreover, their return policy burdens customers with shipping costs, forcing me to escalate this issue.

As a loyal customer, I expected a fair resolution. Disappointingly, I was asked to bear the return shipping fees amounting to over 26% of the original order value on top of my time for sending the wrong items back, even though their error caused this situation.
It is unacceptable that I should bear the costs of correcting their mistake.

This tedious email exchange wasted my time without providing a satisfactory resolution. It's unacceptable to burden customers with correcting Kalesafe's mistakes. This experience left me dissatisfied, proving that Kalesafe does not value customers.

What you see is not what you get

What you see is not what you get. The clothing is cheap lightweight printed material, no sewn patches or stitching. Pictures are very misleading. Clothing is not worth even $1.

fraudulent dealing

I bought a pair of shorts from Kalesafe in July. They sent me the wrong size, which they acknowledged, but refused to correct the problem. I returned the shorts at my own expense but they won't give me a refund or the correct size. From the very beginning, their customer service department has been extremely unprofessional. I've paid for the shorts and the return and I have nothing.

Not worthy of one star

Customer service is a joke!!!

Ordered a $60 item, Was sent the wrong size. ordered 2XL got 4XL. When I emailed them I was advised my choices were as follows

Option 1: Instead of returning the item, we can re-ship the same product in the correct size with free shipping. You will only need to pay the price difference, which is 60% CAD 29 of the original price. Once you choose this option, we will send you payment instructions.

Option 2: We can offer you a partial refund of CAD 24 amount to keep the item.

Option 3: If you prefer to return the item for a complete refund, we can provide you with the return address. However, please note that you will be responsible for all the return costs.

Quality is also horrible....paper thin.

Never buy from this Chinese company

Never buy from this Chinese company. Very poor quality and one item was not as shown. Customer services advised me to return the items for a full refund and after spending £25 on returning them I still got nothing, despite contacting them on numerous occasions. They now have their goods back and my money so I feel stupid for trusting them. This company should not be allowed to trade.
