No call center
There is no phone number to call and they have not answered my email. Just as everyone else based in Denmark it will not arrived as they expect. I ordered 2 days ago and my order has not left the facility yet and no one is available to answer my call or email to cancel. Shop elsewhere.

While we currently do not offer phone support, our customer service team answers emails as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours on weekdays. It’s possible that your email hasn’t reached us, or that our reply landed in your spam folder, we kindly recommend checking there.
Your order is processed within two working days as stated on our website. For faster dispatch, we also offer a Prio option at checkout with same-day shipping when ordered before 2 PM on weekdays.
