Order Personalised AirPods Pro Gen 1/2. When they arrived I thought the wrong product had arrived. The case is all one unit so when you open the case the AirPods lift out. Apparently all one case helps if you drop it. The quality feels cheap. It’s meant to be leather but the inside is plastic and the leather is a very thin layer stuck to outside. There are 2 extra holes in the bottom other than the charging hole which is weird. It cheapens the product more have extra holes. Other than that, the personalisation was good and came as expected and communication was ok with the company when trying to work out if the product was wrong or not. They got back to me pretty quickly and after a few messages back and forth, told me it is the right product for my AirPods Pro Gen 1/2. In hindsight I would not but if I knew all this. The quality, the feel, fit and extra holes in case is not really worth the cost.

I ordered a plain case without personalisation. The quality is really poor and the case doesn’t actually fit the airpods well. I enquired several times about a refund given that the product was not personalised and I never heard back from the company.

I ordered a monogrammed AirPods case and it literally arrived the day after I ordered it. The company sent me images of my order before sending it out to ensure it was in perfect condition. The shipping is also free with no minimum spend!
