Bought a bundle that was recommended for chewers, less than 24 hours later . Item was chewed through . Emailed company April 2nd no reply, what's app company and was told it would be looked into ....... Still no further update.....

Don't waste your money

I purchased the Pro Chewers Bundle Medium Dogs 12-29kg. Very dissappointed, the treat which came with the chew toy does not stay in the toy. They just fall out immedately so the dog does not ahve to do any work? Litteray the toy does not do what it is made to do. I have also emailed them 3 times and they have not bother to reply to me or try the help / refund me.

Two of the main selling points for these toys is the bone shaped treats fitting into the bone shaped indentations in the toys and Sandy's guarantee to make it right if something isn't to satisfaction.

My experience is that the treats are too small and just fall straight out of the indentations so the toys are pointless on that front.

I emailed the company, giving them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps I'd received treats that hadn't been manufactured correctly. I received a response asking me to check I had received the correct size treats. I confirmed that I had. Since then I have not had a response despite chasing.

It's really disappointing as the concept is great but the execution and customer service are poor.

Fantastic. My dog loves these puzzles. Pretty much destroyed the Yes stick and the dentist but shes a very determined chewer. Keeps her amused for ages. Loves the tasty bone shape treats. I wish they were slightly less expensive treats. I put ordinary treats inside them as well. Great product

I purchased the Pro Chewers bundle and the brain teaser both in L as he's a golden retriever who destroys everything. This has been the best toys I have purchased. He takes a while to get treats out and he naps afterwards but I never leave them out when I'm not around as with anything with dogs. Read some stories of the dogs destroying them. That can happen with anything that's left for a bored dog.

The website is clear and attractive. Advice is easy to get, timely and useful. Customer service was great, polite, helpful and didn’t make me feel like an idiot for ordering the wrong size.
Bought the pro-chewer bundle in advance of collecting my springer pup. It arrived in timely fashion and on seeing it, we decided to save it for Christmas and make do with something a little smaller for a week or so.
Now 10 weeks old, Maggie LOVES the variety this offers coupled with the familiarity or it being the same pieces. It is saving our hands and feet a lot of punishment when she engages her Dino-mode!

The level of communication has been exceptional. When we encountered an issue, the company demonstrated remarkable dedication to ensuring our satisfaction with both the products and the service, despite it not being their fault.

I have a 14-month-old Labrador Retriever who tends to destroy her toys quickly. However, these toys have lasted well, and she enjoys playing with them while engaging with the various challenge levels. The enrichment they provide has been very beneficial in helping her adapt to the recent changes in her routine due to the time of year.

So far so good. Bought the Ultimate Enrichment Bundle for my 6 month old Mali. Trying to keep most of them for Christmas but he absolutely loves the blue brain teaser. It’s kept him occupied for ages and if you know Malis very rarely are they still!!

I’ve been using K9Connectables for a while now, and they’ve genuinely transformed playtime and downtime for my dog. The quality of the toys is outstanding — durable, thoughtfully designed, and clearly created with real understanding of how dogs think and behave.

Bought for my puppy, and the dentist gentle toy started to break within literally 10 minutes of her gnawing at it.
The tuff toothie one, however was really good, and my dog loves them.
So, I whatsapped the customer service team and they were really quick to respond and offered me a replacement of the tougher rubber one which I appreciated.

Really pleased with our k9 connectables. We did have an issue thag my dog very quickly was able to break open one bit (the ball). When I contacted them about this they provided a voucher to replace with a different connection more suitable for my dog). We now have a different connector bit which is working
A food puzzle type toy my dog doesn’t finish in under 5 minutes and which enjoys persisting with.

I had an excellent experience with K9 connectables & the retailer Barks & Bubbles. My Mali broke his elbow. 8 weeks of significant movement restriction. I have invested in the K9 connection pack unfortunately lasted a day 🫣. I reached out to K9C they informed me that there actually is a pro version for dogs with a stronger bite force. They offed to credit the retailer and the retailer transferred this to me, so I could get my Pro products. Absolutely Amazing customer service needless to say that I will buy tones more of add on’s and toys 🧸 we still have a long way of recovering ❤️‍🩹

Clever toy, kept my daxy happy for hours

ordered the brain box bundle, our whippet is thrilled with the product hours of entertainment for him. Customer service is exceptional also dealt with James very quick to respond and of excellent help. Will definitely be ordering again!

Ordered some of the toys, they were shipped promptly and they are SUCH a hit with my dog. She loves them! I put her food in them and sometimes I smear peanut butter or yogurt on the outside. They wash really well (even when they were half buried in the garden for a few days...). We got some a few years ago that are still in great nick, we just wanted to get some more of the different styles. All of the toys are brilliant, and so useful for occupying our dog when guests call over or we need to have a Zoom call for work! 10/10 Worth the price!

We love K9 connectables for our spaniel. It’s great how you can use just some of the connections or all of them depending on how difficult you want it to be for your dog. Keeps ours busy trying to get to the food or biscuits we use with this product. I would highly recommend
