Stock error
Ordered two items that could only be picked up from the store (no shipping option). Went to pick them up, turned out that only one was actually there. The shower curtain that I bought looked already opened and packed back into its packaging.

Took a week to get the online order ....
Overall happy - but tried to ask when they could process the order and noone seemed to have anh idea how to find out.
