Very unreliable company,we hire them to install new gutters and seal some old ones,they only install new gutters and did not repair the old ones he took money and assured that if there will be any leak he will come and fix it,on next rainfall we find out that gutters are leaking and he broke one of the gutter,it's been a month and half we are trying to contact him but he never showed up,pls hire them at your own risk VERY BAD SERVICE AND EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE COMPANY

Trouble with the crew not cleaning up and urinating in our garden. Not a pleasant experince

This company was asked to quote on a complete reroof of a large detached new build property due to the fact that we had previous poor quality installation issues. The gentleman attended site and I spent a significant amount of time showing him round and explaining what you required doing. At this point I have no issues. Upon the gentleman leaving he said "if you don't hear from us please chase us in a couple of weeks" and this concerned me as I do not believe it is for the customer to chase somebody that providing your quotation. I was right to be concerned.

I phoned up to chase the quotation some weeks later and was told that they had not done the quotation and it was to be done within the next few days and it would be back to us. I left it a further couple of weeks and called again I was told exactly the same thing and again I was patient and waited. Several weeks went by and a further phone calls where I was told that we were "unable to do your work as we were so busy" I responded to them informing them that they did not yet have the job as we had not received a quotation and it is not something that we were asking to be carried out immediately and I was extremely confused. I was then called back by somebody saying that we had had received a quotation and I informed them they were mistaken they persisted to argue that I had had the quotation sent me and I continued telling them this was not the case. I then had a further phone call back telling me that we had not yet quoted job and "we will get it out to you soon" at this point I said that this was totally unacceptable as I waited an extremely long time to now and I had lost faith in the fact that they would even attempt to quote the job as I've been told so many times before they would send the quotation out. In short we received an email saying we do not want to quote the job and I said this was absolutely appalling and why they wasted my time. I informed them that I would be reviewing their company online to inform people of their poor customer service and they immediately responded time to appease myself not to do this. They promised they would call me back to discuss and even failed to do this.

My advice to anybody considering using this company is to read the reviews and see if you want your time wasting. If people can't even get the quotation right what sort of work will they install and if there is a problem how likely are you to get this company to come back and rectified the problem. Good luck if you make a choice I hope I am completely wrong but my opinion there are much better for professional companies out there.
