Delivery of digital items was very quick. The item descriptions should be more clear on what is a performance track mp3 and what is an accompaniment track mp, clarifying the difference and having a ~5 second sample to ensure that you're purchasing the right one.

The experience with J. W. Pepper was very helpful. I found it easy to find the music I was looking for and the ordering process was very clear and quick. My only difficulty was finding my account and purchase later. Maybe my fault and looking in the wrong spot.

Shipping app needs upgrade
What I like is that you have the music I need. Why the 3? You use an address checking app that does not allow me to put in my real address. Yes, it is the Postal Service's fault for messing up my address and packages usually do get to me, but you should allow an override or upgrade to the latest version of the data base.

Unreliable, slow delivery
I ordered a piano music book and the order went though but something went wrong. I was fully refunded and ordered it again. I've waited for almost two weeks and it still hasn't been shipped. The website says it isn't even out for delivery
