What an absolutely brilliant company. I purchased some Orange infused polish from them after reading reviews about the product. It arrived well packed but had leaked slightly in transit. Just for their information I emailed them. Ali replied almost instantly apologising and offered a full refund or replacement. I replied that neither were necessary, only a small amount had leaked out and I was just letting them know. The next day I received a free gift from them and a nice note from Ali.
All I can say is that the product I purchased is good but customer service is brilliant. Definitely go above and beyond.

I called Justpuddingbasins after looking for a good product to remove water rings from an old, much loved table. Spoke with Anna who discussed my problem and was completely honest in her assessment. She offered no guarantees but pointed me in the direction of my "probable best shot", which proved to be almost totally successful and has restored a badly marked table to very new condition. Cannot sing their praises highly enough.
