When I returned an order they sent me an email saying that they had received the return and refunded promptly.
Don’t shop at Equus.co.uk
They denied I sent a return and am currently chasing it up with Citizens advice and trading standards.

Very impressed!
It was the first time I ordered from this website and I have to say I was very impressed. The price of the product I bought was very good and a lot cheaper than other well-known pet stores. The delivery was super fast - I received the product next day without selecting expediated shipping option. Overall very happy customer and will be shopping again soon!

We'd like to clarify the timeline for anyone reading this review. Your order was placed on the evening of Friday 6 March (outside working hours), dispatched on Wednesday 12 March — 4 working days later — and Royal Mail attempted delivery on both Friday 13th and Saturday 14th March, before this review was left on 15 March.
We completely understand the frustration caused by the incorrect delivery estimate shown by our chatbot, which quoted 23 March rather than the correct date. That was our error and we apologise for it — it's something we have looked into.
The order itself was dispatched ahead of the estimated delivery date shown at checkout, and Royal Mail made two delivery attempts before the parcel was held at your local delivery office. We did share the tracking details and confirm the attempted deliveries with you directly.
We're genuinely sorry the experience felt stressful. We always aim to do better and your feedback helps us improve.
