Not great
They add an automatic extra amount on top of the donation for starters. My name did not show and I needed it to as my friend requested that I show it. When I followed the link to edit the donation and added the donation reference found in the email it first made me create an account in order to edit and then it said it couldn't locate my donation. I sent an email which came back as 'this email is not for replies'. Then I asked the chat and it said I needed to contact support but did not give the contact information about how to contact support, until I asked for it. Then I had to submit a query to customer support that I want to edit my own donation. Poor service. I wouldn't recommend Justgiving and certainly won't use it for when I am raising money.

Changing the cover photos is really difficult as they need to be so precise. Totally outdated and the text cannot be enhanced in any way. Great platform but very outdated and difficult for a good user experience.

Just giving put people off donating as they did not trust that their donation would go directly to veterans.
