I ordered a car seat almost 2 weeks ago and still no product. During a phone call of Tuesday of this week the company had promised it would be with me today or yesterday (Thursday/Friday), but during my very unhelpful phone call today they now say next Wednesday. They denied that this promise was ever made and will take no responsibility for not contacting me as the customer regarding the delay in delivery. We have also paid for the product! We WILL NOT be using this company again or recommending them to anyone. Let's hope that they do not fail to deliver by next Wednesday, otherwise we will be expecting a full refund.

I ordered a baby car seat after seeing that they were the cheapest. Expected to receive it after a few days. After waiting a week and no communication from the company about a delivery date and time, I tried ringing them and also tried sending them an E - mail but no one answered. Luckily I had paid via Pay Pal. I opened a dispute online and then rang them to ask how long the whole process could take. When I told them that I had already tried to contact the company they turned it into a claim and I received a refund on the same day.
I always order online and this was the first time that I came across a company that don't deliver. Won't buy from them again!!!

Nice website, great prices shame they can't deliver what the order. I've been waiting 3 weeks with multiple email responses of "it'll be with you by the end of the week and the courier will be in contact about the delivery date and time" and yet here I am still waiting!!

Worst customer service ever!
At least be honest and admit you can't fulfill the order instead of telling lies.

Ordered a travel system bundle, turns out the one they had there was an issue with and they could not get the same pattern as the manufacturer had discontinued it. They honoured the price I would have paid for the older pattern on a new pattern for 2015 and it turned up within a couple of days after the initial issue. My emails were answered and the phone was answered although can be engaged a lot as they seem busy. I would use again as they delivered and resolved an issue with no drama! So in summary good service at a good price!

I ordered from here as they did a price match on a pram I seen. I also ordered some adapters for the car seat to go on top of the pram. A lovely man answered the phone and took my payment. I was told I would get a confirmation email within 15 mins. A couple hours had passed and no email. Checked my online banking & payment has been debited. I rang the company back to see what happened to the confirmation, a rude woman answered the phone and said there's no order. I was like what I just done it, she said no there's no order, after about 5mins of faffing she found the order and promised by the end of the day I would get it.

The weekend passed still no confirmation, they weren't open the Monday so I rang Tuesday. Surprise surprise I rang again and they said no order. As you can imagine I was highly annoyed, told this man don't lie you have clearly took my money so u have an order..after about 5 minutes of us arguing he found the order. Later on that day I received the confirmation.


When the confirmation arrived through my inbox, the slackness of the confirmation was astonishing. My address was completely spelt wrong, there was no date, it was clearly a mess.

I thought to myself if its so much hard work just to do the basics, how much problems will I get if there is an issue with the pram. It would be a living headache.

Luckily I paid with my credit card, my bank put through a disputed transaction & refunded me the money. I emailed the company and requested them to cancel the payment.

I had an email from the company 2 days after I cancelled the order saying sorry but my order was delivered to number 8. The same day I rang to get my order confirmation & this was the same day that they couldn't find my order. How strange!! The day they said it was delivered someone was in all day.

The funny thing is no one lives at number 8

They are a disgrace!

Moral of the story the cheapest always comes the dearest

Pay that little extra and get it from a reputable shop.

I ordered a pram carrycot online from Just4baby and was worried that it might not arrive after reading the poor reviews online. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my package through Parcelforce 2 days after I placed my order online through PayPal. I am so delighted to have received exactly what I wanted in just a couple of days as promised on the company website! Phew.

i recommend this website to anyone in need of the baby products they provide.. amazing service ,, i ordered a highchair on the 24th and i got it today in a perfect shape and quality . i'm actually considering buying other stuff

After reading the reviews on trust pilot I was a little unsure about ordering with just4baby, however, I must say my experience has been great. They even arrange delivery to Denmark for me. They answered my email in good time and they were helpful when I called with question. Also the products were a good price and quality. I would certainly use them again.

I ordered a buggy from just4baby before I read their reviews and to be honest I probably wouldn't if I did. I had no issues with the service. I received a confirmation email with a tracking number the next working day, the buggy arrived in perfect condition by parcel force the following day. I checked their opening hours, assumed it was a small business so I didn't expect the delivery to be as quick as it was. I was pleasantly surprised after I read some of the reviews I expected lengthy dispute through PayPal. I would definitely use them again and would recommend based on my own shopping experience.

Ordered a gliding recliner chair on 21st February, and called every week to find out what was happening with the order. The staff had no idea each time, telling me I would be called back (never happened), then telling me it would be dispatched the following week (never happened). Never once did they reply to any emails either. Finally over a month later they email me to tell me that the item had been damaged and they cannot process the order any longer.
So in summary if you want an item quickly, don't order from them, especially if you want to receive something in time for when your baby is due!!!

I never wrote any review in my life but after read this bad review on here I decide to write one.People more likely give bad review then good.I was very close to change my mide and not make any purchase from "just4baby"after read all those things about rude customer service ,very long delivery time ,item not in stock etc. so I decide to call them and check if my item is in stock .Very polite person told me that its in stock and delivery time will be on Wednesday (I called them on Monday)after all this reviews I thought that its not possible to get it in 2 days so I thought I will have to wait around 10 days till next Wenesday.On Tuesday(next day after I ordered my item)I recived txt message that my item will be deliver to me next day!yay !!!I recive my car seat today And I have to say I never have so speedy delivery and profesional serice and of course great price!!!Hope this review gonna help next customer to not hesitate to make any purchase from "just4baby"Great!Thank u :-))))

Awful company. Ordered ages ago - still hasn't arrived. They do not answer the phone and when they have answered the phone they gave delivery promises that have not been fulfilled. I have now asked for a refund but am yet to see this. A really terrible service.

Terrible customer service from this company. Unlike kiddicare who are great. They despatched an item which was different to the picture on their website. Then refused to acknowledge this. The item has since been returned at my cost. They have had the item since 5th January and there is still no refund. They've now stopped replying to my email. If you use them pay with PayPal so that you can easily apply for a refund from them.

I ordered a Graco high chair for my baby daughter as I thought it was competitively priced. I received an email to confirm the order and expected to receive it in 3 working days. By the 4th working day there was no sign of the delivery so I phoned Just for baby to politely enquire where it might be. I was brusquely told by a man who sounded rather irritated by my call that they only had one high chair in stock which was faulty and I should have received an email the day before. I had received no such email. He didn't know when the next order was coming from the factory and said ' it's up to you if you want to wait or cancel'. I asked to cancel and was told it would take at least 3 working days to get a refund. I had to call after 4 working days to chase the refund, which finally appeared in my account a few days later.
The whole experience was unsatisfactory and the poor customer service made matters worse.
I get the impression this is a one man band, something which I'd usually champion, but as far as Im concerned if you don't have stock the product should not be advertised as available and payment should not be taken.
For a busy mum with a 6 month old baby this caused me wasted time and effort. I ended up ordering the high chair from Tesco for a few pounds more and it arrived in 24 hours. I would not use Just for Baby again.

I ordered a pram from just4baby and the delivery was 4-7 working days. The pram arrived a day late, minus the car seat and rain cover though which was rather annoying as I still couldn't take the baby out. My car seat is on it's way, I was given the tracking number.

I called them to see what was happening with my order and my call was answered straight away and my questions were answered as were my emails, there was some delay in replying to emails though. I've seen reviews that the staff weren't very pleasant on the phone. The man I spoke to was polite and helpful.

The pram is fabulous and much cheaper than Id seen it anywhere else.

I would use just4baby again if I didn't need something quickly. That is the only downside to the company.

Ordered maxi cosi pebble csr seat and the family isofix base. Item came in a box that was very poorly packaged and could see straight through the box. After spending £280 I expected it to at least have some bubble wrap around it. Have emailed the company as the car seat was very damaged and scratched. Also it looked like the seat was covered in cat hair. I am not holding my breath for a reply as reading majority of these reviews people have had very little luck. Being heavily pregnant makes it difficult for me to send this back and have to deal with the hassle of buying another one so will have to make do with a car seat that looks like factory seconds. Extremely disappointed

I ordered a Out and About double pram last week over the telephone and was advised that it would land with me middle of the following week and I would receive a text prior to delivery confirming when it would land with me. The following week I received a text as promised and the pram arrived the next day.

I am not normally one to write reviews but had having read all the negative comments thought it was only fair to give a positive one.

Again, I had absolutely no problems whatsoever and more than happy with the service I received.

Cannot believe all the bad reviews this company is gettin. I ordered a cosatto 3 in 1 package for my sons baby due in january at an excellant price. I ordered it on the tues and on the wed he got a text saying it was coming the next day and then on the thurs he got another text saying it would be delivered between 13 50 and 14 50 and true to there word it was. i did email them and ring them because i was worried that there was no invoice to validate the 4 year guarantee with cossatto and that was dealt with efficiently. I believe in taken people as you find them and this company could not better there service to us, if its at the right price i will not hesitate in ordering from them again. My son and his partner love the pram and all the extras and can't wait for january and their new arrival. So glad i didn't read the reviews first.

after a week waiting for the cot bed I gave them a call and found out the item had been discontinued. Never got a call or email to let me know about this (I even checked the junk folder and I couldn't find anything)

The Quinny foot muff I purchased has a broken zip - I contacted company to see if product still under guarantee - it took me three phone calls leaving messages which weren't returned to catch someone in who couldn't give an answer anyway. I have over the last two months sent regular emails and the only response I got about a month ago is they are waiting for a response from the supplier. I wish I had paid an extra £8 at mothercare who would have given an answer and most likely replaced faulty product without quibble. I was only looking for an answer and this hasn't been received. Therefore I would not recommend this company
