We received excellent and non pushy advice before committing to selling. Great communication and assistance from the team and also in collecting our bottles from Manchester, for transportation up to the company for a mere £10! Hi Thomas. I'm glad to hear you're happy with the bottles. With regard to the commission cost of 12% - I'd like to point out that this includes VAT. Other auction houses who charge 10% may look cheaper but they add 20% VAT to their commission fee which makes them 12% as well. Please check your invoices.

Rapid Response and Great Responsibility Bearing
Just Whisky didn't state the cracked wax seal on the description of the product page. I recognized it after I received the product.
However, the customer service responses my request rapidly and willing to undertake the responsibility by offering discount for me.

I just tried to call you about your order but couldn't get through. I also sent you an email. First of all, I’m sorry to hear that you haven't received your parcel. I’ve checked and this item was dispatched on the 21st November (the very next day after payment). I've sent you a link to track the item.
From the information on the UPS site it looks like delivery was attempted on the 22nd and UPS was unable to deliver the item so left it at your nearest access point. Can you check the link we sent and let me know if you have a problem still?
I was also surprised to see you leave a review rather than ask us about your order directly. We’re here to help! 😊
