We booked JustPose at a wedding fair to have at our wedding reception. Below are the positives and negatives of this experience

Positives

Having a photo booth at our wedding was fantastic and something we are so glad we did. Our guests absolutely loved it and it was busy all evening. It was great to look back at the guest book, (that was supplied as part of the package), and look at all the photos and messages that people had left. As far as I know, (I was the bride so was kept pretty busy), the staff turned up on time and were efficient in setting up and during the service time.

Negatives

Overall I would hire a photo booth again but I would never use JustPose.

Small print

We booked JustPose at a wedding fair we visited choosing the 4 hour package. We talked it through with the sales person and decided having it from 7.30 – 11.30 would work well with the times of our reception. We later discovered that the 4 hour package was only approx. 3 hours of 'operational time' and the 4 hours included set up and take down. We were never told this on the day when we booked.

Payment chasers

I paid all balances on time / before the deadline but this did not stop me receiving payment chasers on a very frequent basis even after I had paid the balance in full. There were at least a dozen emails sent in a 2-3 week period!

'Missing props'

We purchased a number of additional props including signs and moustaches / lips on sticks. These were missing after the ceremony and guests said they were packed up by the attendant with the JustPose props. We also had a box brownie camera, (that belonged to my Nan), used as a display piece with a sign near the photobooth. Near the end of the night this started to be used as a prop and this was also missing after the wedding. I sent an email the very next day to JustPose who assured me "All of our prop boxes are checked and cleared ready for the next events, as you can imagine this is very common that things go missing in the prop boxes (usually glasses!).. However nothing was found in them!" We made enquiries with guests and one of them thought it was a prop with the photobooth and recalled it also being packed up. I made another enquiry to JustPose with this information and after 2 chasers and 13 days passing it was found and finally sent back to me.

USB

A USB of all the images was included in our package. When this didn't arrive after a few weeks I enquired as to its whereabouts and discovered you have to request this online, even if it is included / paid for as part of your package.

I researched long and hard for a photo booth for my wedding and I decided upon Just Pose!, despite seeing 2 other companies first hand. My primary reasons being the ability to personalise the design of the photos rather than being stuck with a company brand, JustPose! assured they offer a great level of service (as proven by reviews), and they could provide a standing booth, which I think makes a massive difference to the way people pose and interact.

My experience of JustPose! ahead of the event was great - brilliant communication and easy transactions. The cost was a little over that of competitors, but I believed it would be worth the bit extra - even after discovering that the operational time is eaten into by the set up time which made JustPose! even more expensive than competitors.

Unfortunately on the day the booth wasn't set up as a standing booth as I had requested, it was sitting which I think makes the photos a little flat. The operators though very nice and friendly weren't as attentive as I had witnessed from previous companies, and the video option which I had requested wasn't explained so the facility wasn't utilised. Many of the photos (particularly the first of the 4 shots) are of people digging in the prop box - which was doubly disappointing as our design (1 large photo and 3 small) had the 1st photo taken set as the largest. The guest book provided was a stylish ring-bound, black-paged book with white gel pens, which disappointingly smudged throughout the pages. In my opinion the poor photos and smeared book could have been avoided with a little more assistance on the night – there were after all 2 assistants…

I don’t think all was lost – I do have some great and funny prints and digital photos from the night, and a photo booth creates a great buzz at many events, however unfortunately Just Pose! didn’t come up trumps for me on the night and I’m reluctant to recommend.

I remember saying no to a photobooth because I didn't really have the budget for it, but my partner insisted and I must admit I am ever so glad that I spent the money. It was worth every penny. All my guests had so much fun (the queue was forever long).

The photobook is such a great way to remember the happy moments from friends and family.

The team arrived on time to get everything set up in time which helped a million. All the staff were great and friendly - faultless. The prints were of great quality and the USB stick arrived in no time.

I'd definitely recommend Just Pose to anyone who's after some fun for any occasion.

It was amazing, the booth looked aweosme, the staff were relaxed fun and proffesional! The photos and the fun had in here was unbeleivable and the guest book is the best i have seen!! Will reccomend and I know all guests will too as everyne has commented on how great it was. THANKYOU

We can honestly say that we were truly 'wowed' by JustPose. For our wedding, we wanted a photobooth to capture some of the informal moments. We had a look around and whilst yes, there were some slightly cheaper companies, JustPose offered a complete package with online gallery and unlimited prints. We were wondering; were the photo prints on the day really unlimited?! The answer, yes they were! The staff were professional, the booth looked amazing and the prints were superb! We can truly say we would recommend the company to absolutely anybody!

The service provided by Just Pose massively exceeded our expectations. We submitted our booking enquiry very close to the wedding date as we only decided we wanted a photo booth at the last minute. Despite this, Sam managed to respond very quickly, confirm our booking and get things moving in terms of confirming design choices and logisitics. We were very happy with the design of the booth we picked (vintage I believe) and it matched the theme of our wedding really well.

On the day the booth was manned by Dan (I believe- young, dark haired chap). He was absolutely fantastic and did a great job for the entire duration from set up to the end of the evening. He was cheerful, polite and very professional at all times. He was also very approachable and was clear in explaining how the booth worked.

We were also very happy with the online gallery. It is good that you upload the photos as they were in the sets, but also the individual pictures.

Almost every guest we have spoken to have said that the booth really helped make the evening special. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Just Pose to anyone looking for a photobooth and I would be incredibly surprised if anyone could offer a photo booth service better than Just Pose did for our wedding.

The photobooth was a riot at our wedding! Everyone loved it and the pictures are hilarious. Lots of props were to hand for dressing up and as many as 1-6 could cram into the booth if they wanted!
The team were lovely throughout from picking the style of photograph we wanted, finalising details and on the day. We also used the London bus photobooth to match our theme at no extra cost.
I would highly recommend this company and look forward to seeing the USB stick of all the photos.

We used just pose photo booths for my daughters wedding on 24.8.13. And all I can say is they were lovely guys who were true professionals. From first talking to Sam on the phone I could tell that he knew what we wanted and understood our needs. From start to finish the communication was perfect, punctual and easy with both jessica, Sam and the lady that answered the phone when they were unavailable.
Their booth was immaculate, they were smart and competent but most importantly they made my daughters wedding perfect and everybody loved it....
Certainly put the fun factor into the wedding and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. I myself run a childrens entertainment company in Surrey and will definitely be using just pose again.....

Glad I got them. Helpful in designing the layout and style etc. Photos have turned out great. Great to have all copies on a penstick cos not everyone stuck them in!

We really loved having the photobooth at our wedding reception, I've been to lots of weddings where there are disposable cameras on the table and noone gets good pictures from them so we decided to do it this way and do not regret it. The idea of printing the photo twice and putting the duplicate in a guest book for people to sign was great. The box of wigs and hats went down a treat and even the most straight laced of guests ended up putting the pink wig on!! My fondest memory was trying to fit 8 of us into the booth (and everyone managed to get in the photo).

We decided to get a photobooth for our wedding this June. Just pose we're fantastic! Quick to set up and the staff were excellent !! The photographs were great and if in a group you could ask for more than 1 picture so everybody got one to take away!! Love the fact that you get a template with our names, wedding and the date! The children also loved the booth very entertaining for them. We get to see all of the photographs of everybody afterwards, hilarious!!
We had a country wedding and our wedding car was a campervan. You can choose skins for the booth and they just so happen to have a campervan skin!! So the booth totally fitted into our theme!

Fantastic that you can share the link for all to see too. Amazing memories to cherish! I would defiantly recommend getting a photobooth for your wedding or party and Just Pose are the company to use!

We found JustPose at a wedding show and from the moment they started dealing with us, they were excellent. Great value for money, very friendly and efficient.
Sam and his team were superb on the wedding day too, with the booth being put up whilst the speeches were done. We didn't notice them.
When ready, all the guests were piling into the booth, having photos taken. They were patient and helpful with the merry guests and the photos prove how much fun everyone was having.
We were really pleased with everything.

It was my wife's 50th birthday party and you know how it is.... you start with a budget and then you go over it and then a bit more.... and then what the heck?! I was at the "what the heck" stage when I discovered JustPose. I paid the money with trepidation and an uneasy sick feeling. The cost of the celebration was now akin to the overspend on the Olympics. Well ok, not quite!! What a great decision. JustPose made the party and was the talk of the party (even now - three months on). The guys are wonderful - punctual, they set everything up and disassemble it with no fuss, efficient, friendly, nothing too much trouble. The technology and quality is awesome. It's such a great laugh, it breaks the ice. All generations love it and people have a tangible something to take away with them. Brilliant. I would cut back on anything else if I had to, to accommodate this. A real WOW factor for any party.

The photo booth was a huge success at our Wedding Reception. The children and adults alike had fun striking some poses using the various props. I even got my 93 year old Nan in there! :)
Payment options were varried and flexible, personable service provided. The different options of skins on the booth is a nice touch.

JustPose were fantastic! Really easy to book and offered flexibility with payment options. Really good communication, as a Bride was totally stress free before, during and after. The team were really great on the day set up was straight forward and non-disruptive. Everyone at our wedding used the booth including young and old and was a great talking point and lots of fun. Just Pose stand out due to the quality of their booths - they are spacious and gleaming, the really excellent photographs they produce and the first-class service they provide. They had to surmount all manner of obstacles to get to our event due to the London Marathon but they literally went the extra mile so as not to let us down. They also designed a special film strip template to fit my Hollywood theme. They are competitively priced too. I would highly recommend them!

The feedback we had from having the booth at our event was brilliant and we are so glad that we went ahead with the idea - The staff were really great and interacted with everyone in a light hearted but professional manner and they were very helpful. Great fun and we would definitely use you again and thought it was good value too.

Just Pose were a pleasure to deal with and the photobooth not only gave a really nice focus to our event but supplied us with brilliant photos we have used for marketing purposes since - it's not cheap but this definitely meant we got good value. That's not to say that the pricing isn't fair - it covers equipment, prints and staff and we really appreciated how professional and efficient the guys were on the night as we were under quite a lot of pressure to set up catering etc in a tight window. Thanks so much!

Sam and Ben arrived in plenty of time and the booth was a huge success at my daughter! s 18th birthday party which was held at home.
Highly recommended.
