Appalling customer service. Food arrived cold and half of the order missing. Provided a very small credit beyond disappointing

They are thief, app not working, you don’t receive orders but you pay. Incredible that they can operate legally

I placed an order through Just Eat and never received it.

On the night of the delivery, I received calls from the driver and attempted to return the calls to resolve the issue. Despite this, the order was never delivered to my address.

When I contacted customer support, I explained that the order had not been received and that I had attempted to contact the driver. I also asked for evidence of delivery, such as a delivery photo, GPS records, or driver confirmation, and requested that the matter be escalated.

Instead of addressing these points, I received multiple responses that focused only on the fact that the issue had been reported outside their 48-hour window. None of my requests for delivery evidence were answered, and no meaningful investigation appeared to take place.

My frustration is not just with the lost order, but with the way the complaint was handled. I repeatedly asked for proof of delivery and a proper review of my case, but received what appeared to be standard template responses each time.

Based on my experience, customer support was unwilling to engage with the actual issue of non-delivery and relied solely on policy rather than investigating the facts.

Order was cancelled after it was due to be delivered so approx 40 minutes after I ordered it. No explanation given or customer support offered.

Overcharging for the use of the app at 11 % of order and delivery. I rather drive to takeout place which is only 500 meters by my place.

Waited for 50 minutes to get my food from German Donner and then mupets canceled my order left me starving.

Ordering is easy from my tablet and the sellers always get the deliveries by your staff quickly and efficiently.

My order never arrived. I rang the restaurant at least 6 times and got no answer. This is the 2nd time my order never arrived. Very disappointed with Just Eat and the so call service. I had to send a friend to the restaurant to get my food.

Do not go near it if you using vouchers or gift cards etc as if have to change anything or cancel it you won’t get your money back , there was a glitch on the website online and I made a wrong order I checked straight after as I received an email and I it was a wrong order, system ordered same things what I have ordered last time , order cancelled few minutes later got on to customer service was told my gift card credit is not refundable unfortunately as that’s the way it works like what??? How??? Scammers!!!! Don’t go near them

The restaurant rang and advised me the driver picked up the wrong food. They informed me just eat had told the driver to turn around and collect the right order.
The driver arrived with the wrong food. I explained what the restaurant said. He told me just eat told him to drop off the food and I could complaint after.
I complained and was they told it was my fault as I accepted the food. (The driver showed me the txt he had from just eat telling him to just drop it off and let me complain after) also absolutely ridiculous that the code provided is the last two digits of your phone no. Not a secure code…

Great choice of restaurants

Most of the time I order from places, the order is completely wrong or the food is cold.

The stamps are no longer being added,my last four orders has not received a stamp,I have tried to contact them about this and I am getting past from pillar to post,been waiting two days since I last message them with no reply,without the stamps it doesn't justify the service charge

I get offers which are not in my area .

Ordered from Mcdonalds in the sqaure tallaght and the driver never delivered our food. Drivers have to get a code but its just the last 2 digits of our phone number so just marks it as delivered and goes off with the food. Just eat said we couldnt get a refund as "he got the code". Absoloutley ridiculous Just Eat is a joke
