As with many other users here, terrible experience with this company. Food arrived cold and was offered a tiny partial refund. I'll be ordering elsewhere in the future. Judging by other reviews this is a company who do not care about any sort of customer service!

Last night I ordered from our favourite food establishment through just eat. This was the first time I've used Just Eat and I can categorically say it will be the LAST !
I live in a small village 15 mins at most from Wingers - we ordered our food and the delivery expectation time was 30 minutes - The delivery time on the app kept increasing and after 40 mins we rang the shop who told us the food had left and was with the delivery driver driver. On the app we could see him miles away from our address. After an hour and 10 minutes our food arrived .
We told the delivery drive that we were unhappy with the delivery service and that by now the food would be cold and ruined -
The delivery driver told us to put the food in the microwave !! Gob smacked to say the least ! I did not order food costing £37 to then microwave it !
The food was not to Wingers usual standard and this was not on them - The chicken was wet and cold, the chips leathery and cold and the salad was wet and sweaty.
Obviously we complained and our refund was denied - Good money was spend for food that was sweaty , leathery and non consumable.
How this refund can be denied when the delivery driver was clearly at fault when he admitted he did not have internet access - and had no idea where to deliver our food- how should a customer be made to suck up a delivery drivers error I'll never know !
Like previous people have stated there is ZERO accountability on Just Eats part and ZERO customer compensation for a poor/ non existent delivery service !
Customer service should be paramount and if the service Just Eat offer is not fore filled then they should rectify that immediately.
This did not happen and there is no way you can complain further - definitely a shoddy outfit ..
Do not use JUST EAT would be my advice !

I’d like to complain about Just Eat, poor delivery service. A courier arrived with the wrong order, the app showed the order delivered but it hadn’t been collected from chip shop!

I had to drive to the chip shop to collect my own order because no courier had collected my order. What is the point of the Just Eat service if I have to collect my own order! Contacted Just Eat, no refund, firmly on the side of the courier & not the customer. Trust Pilot score says it all!

I made an order with McDonald's via Just Eat, order arrived with missing items. Claim made through Just Eat, received a response advising I will not be receiving a refund, no reason stated. I have spent thousands over the years through Just Eat, I will now be deleting my account. Stick to Uber eats or Deliveroo, never once had an issue with those companies

Not even worth one star, received complete wrong order. Can’t contact just eat but can get through to them on instagram?😂 order wasn’t what I order what so ever £30+ wrong and the customer service from subway is horrendous. Told they can’t give me a specific reason as to why I can’t get a refund😂 laughable

2 hours and still not delivered, the chippy is 4 minutes drive away, God knows what the food will be like, probably cold.

Terrible customer service. My order came and 5 things were missing and 1 thing was damaged and 3 things were wrong, just eat offered a discounted refund for missing items and I'm expected to pay for the wrong items and damaged items? Absolutely disgusting! Customer service are a joke, I can't believe they are still going.

if i could i would rate 0 stars we ordered for a ask Italian in Scarborough we waited for 30 min and then 40 then 50 then 1 hr 20 min a few drivers accepted the order hen they kept cancelling it there could be many reasons why they cancelled it but anyway we cancelled the order and now currently have 4 starving children we are now resolving to a McDonalds. DO NOT RECCOMEND AND STAY AWAY

Disappointing service, The order took an hour to arrive and was stone cold, the order came to £31 but all Just Eat offered as compensation was £2.77. someone from JustEat called and tried to offer me more, but when I told them I wasn't happy with the measly amount I got an email from another person saying the original offer plus an extra £5 (to bring it to £7) was the best they can do. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Sent me a email saying say save 15£ when yu spend over 25£ it will be automatically applied to checkout. Tried multiple ways and even deleted app used website. No discount! Fuming as i could save upto 45£

Yeah - I can see what would happen if you had a big problem... Think I'll order from these places direct

Bad enough being a customer , try working for them. Thieves that doesn’t respond to their staff for unpaid wages.

Just Eat is an alright app for ordering food, with plenty of restaurants and options to choose from. The app is easy to use and makes ordering food convenient. However, delivery times can sometimes be a major issue. On one occasion, my order arrived 40–60 minutes later than expected, which was quite frustrating. Additionally some items are a fair price and cheaper with the discount codes, however others a quite excessive with the price, making some items expensive.

Overall, while Just Eat is convenient, the delays can have a negative impact on the experience.

Totall scammers refused my request for compensation when my order arrived damaged. I provided photo evidence and apparently this wasn’t enough! Don’t use this site total shite service from them.

My order was over 2 hours late. They left warm chicken sitting around for this long. No one would answer phone and they will not refund

Disgusting thief’s. Didn’t get sent my ice cream from Morrison. Store admitted their fault and just eat won’t refund. So they kept my money and no refund. I even escalated it. Avoid this company they are awful

Extortionate prices on both items and delivery. Prices on items can be increased as far as £2+ for using just eat. Since the hidden reviews everyone has "five star reviews" used for years now I wouldn't bother.

I only requested a partial refund for the food that was bad and had to be thrown away but it was refused. I hate throwing food away as it is a waste. I had no choice. I hardly ever ask for a refund so Justeat, your performance today is very disappointing, unsatisfactory and heartless.

Just Eat Hide all there reviews, Because they are so so bad. This can not be legal. Somebody fix this asap please. This is a Example, You Place a order with Just eat. You expect it within a hour or so at the latest. They say it 4 hours before they can deliver. By that time you are up for work the next day. they say you cant cancel, you will be charged full price. This is extortion. disgusting Behavior.AND YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY. I would not mind if it worked both ways. I have ordered food from them before i was told I would get it within the hour waited 4 hours , then the resturant cancels the order, nowhere else open anymore. So im starving for the night.

1 star. I’ve been a good customer of Just Eat and have placed plenty of large orders through them, so this experience has really changed my view of the company.

My latest order had multiple missing items and items that were not as advertised. I reported everything to Just Eat and was left waiting for several hours during the night, only to be told I would receive no refund for any of the missing items.

I understand the restaurant is responsible for what goes into the order, but Just Eat is the platform I paid through and I expected them to help resolve the problem. Instead, I was left paying for food I never received.

After being a loyal customer, I’m genuinely disappointed. **My trust in Just Eat is gone.**
