Avoid at all costs if you’re a Scottish…

Avoid at all costs if you’re a Scottish investor! If you’re acting lawfully as a Power of Attorney these fine people won’t accept a Scottish POA! They finally accepted it after a case review but they make every little thing you try to carry out painful.
I believe I’m speaking English when talking to them on the phone but I seem to have to repeat every single thing multiple times. They don’t seem to realise that a 96 year old bed bound, cognitively impaired lady is not a money launderer. I do not have any current government issued ID for her as she’s no longer driving and certainly not travelling. I was advised to get a letter from the home manager which I did, but even that is not enough and they still insist on putting me through the wringer.
Absolute shambles of a company so please avoid at all costs unless you’re prepared to jump through multiple hoops with ever changing goalposts.

Update

So I decided to come on and give an update on this toxic situation. During the week I received a email from Mr. Curling stating , Mr Walker travelled to Ireland to get my investment paid to me. He has been in the country 4 weeks now and is facing a lot of challenges to get me my funds to me. As per email from Mr. Curling he stated that as Mr Walker decided to take this decision and go independently to another country the company won’t take responsibility for his actions.

Mr Walker is trying to get a client paid. To me he is representing Jupiter fund management and for him to get absolutely no support from the company he is representing is appalling. Mr curling was happy to take my money all along of this investment and the question I asked him was I ever going to get paid from you even do you were happy to take my money all along from me. I would have been paid months ago only for Mr curling stopped my bank transfers 6 times to my account shocking really as all my bank transfer fees were paid . Still hitting me for fees after fees even with his agent in the country.

How could a company of this magnitude be a global corporation if it treats its clients this way. The way I look at it is until I get my money it’s the companies responsibility until I get paid. Shocking really 20 months in and still fighting for what I’m entitled to get back . Abusing somebody’s mental health, with threatening emails , abusive text messages and thinking it’s okay well it’s not okay. It’s unacceptable.

So please if you’re considering doing an investment please stay away from this company as the results are absolutely shocking.

They claim to be an an active asset…

They claim to be an an active asset manager. I got the opportunity of making an investment with them from my friend
made several deposits to them thinking I'll get a lot of returns on investment from them. Now I've not even heard anything from anyone from jupiter since then. I also reached out to my friend but he told me he's experiencing the same issue. we were able to get it sorted by the picture in my profile

Had to leave another review

Had to leave another review. Do not invest your money here
Mr Curling is now 404/404 in his chosen fund class. The CEO wants to offer VFM to investors allegedly. His JAMI trust is plumb last in his category. This man is a wealth destroyer. Avoid him
Jupiter have chosen to justify his performance;bewilderingly. Funds leaving Jupiter like rats from a sinking ship. A once great company finished. Take your money elsewhere;please: anywhere but with Mr Curling and his appalling record of fund management. Take me to court Jupiter if I'm wrong but at least have the decency to
come clean with your investors who have trusted you with their hard earned money.

Sad Decline of a once Outstanding Company

Jupiter have been a decent company to invest with since I first started investing with them in 2000. Unfortunately, over the previous 12 months they have become dire.
Nobody answers the telephone, I am unable to set up a telephone Password via there own Postal Letter method, despite forwarding on TWO letters over a 10 day period, and finally, on the majority of occasions, I cannot get access to my ISA online as it refuses to accept the passcode numbers it repeatedly emails me.
Furthermore, it has 3 methods of arranging a fund cash withdrawal, By Fax, By Telephone, By Post. Which is ridiculous considering that letters do not seem to arrive, and Fax was last used by Del Boy Trotter.
Update is that I am now in the process of arranging a Letter of Authority with my Financial advisor to withdraw the whole fund. I cannot be doing with the Stress.
