Useless for landscaping waste.
Bought the bag to get rid of old paving slabs and landscaping rocks. Junkbusters refused to pick up the bag saying there was too much soil in it. Naturally, when digging up landscaping rocks there is some soil stuck to the stones. We emptied the bag (1m3!) and over 2 days separated the soil as best as we could and put it back into our backyard. Well, Junkbusters are still refusing to pick it up on the basis of too much soil. I regret ever getting involved with them.

I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it has caused.
Please know that our refusal to collect the bag was not based on our own internal rules, but on Danish environmental regulations. According to current legislation, soil is considered a regulated waste type. This means that if the soil has not been officially declared and reported, we are not permitted to unload or deliver it to any receiving facility – regardless of the amount.
We completely understand that some soil naturally sticks to stones and slabs during landscaping work, and we appreciate the effort you’ve made in separating it. Unfortunately, even small quantities can lead to legal complications for both transport and disposal under Danish law.
We truly regret the inconvenience this has caused and would be happy to help find an alternative solution that complies with the regulations.

Quick, excellent service for a big job
Junkbusters was really helpful in removing all the final unwanted and run down items in my house when I moved. I booked them online, they arrived at the agreed time (notifying me that they would arrive soon), and quickly removed everything. Very professional and helpful. Highly recommended!
If I had to point out one thing, I had some trouble booking online, but I emailed them and they replied quickly to sort it out.

Really good service
Really good service! They came as agreed and were done within 15 minutes. They made sure our floor and walls don't get damaged as they took the cabinets, and fridge. Highly recommended! :)
