Absolutely fantastic climbing frame and slide , my grandsons love it and best quality! Can not fault it at all, my husband put it together in four hours, really happy with it well worth every penny, thank you jungle gym.Josie Howell

I don't know where to begin.

First of all, I know this is probably a mix of the store we purchased our jungle gym from and the overall quality in general, but I'm fairly disappointed.

1. The jungle gym is delivered in a thousand pieces, with no measures on the boards and its all very difficult to manage, if you like us, buy a very big set.
2. You have to be really good at assembling stuff, cause you're basically building everything from scratch. Nothing is done for you and if you don't have power tools, you better go get some. It is impossible to build without really good equipment.
3. The quality of the wood; don't even get me started.
It was delivered green, and in some places white from mold and dirt.
We contacted the store about this, but they refused to return the jungle gym or replace the boards, as "this is to be expected".
We were told to wait for a year and see if the weather would take care of the dirt, but it looks even worse now.
To pay 16,000 kroner/$2,500 for something that bad has made me extremely sad and I'm in a place of desperation. I feel that I've wasted money to the extend, where I want to tear down the entire thing again.

I would never recommend anyone buying this. Unfortunately.
The idea is there, but when you present a customer with an image of a beautiful playground, and rotten boards are delivered, with literally no pre work done on them; it's just not okay.

I will try to contact the store again but I am not expecting anything, since they kinda dismissed my complaint the first time around.

Great product, but the 4 hours construction time the instructions stated, was 8 hours for us; two people who are used to DIY home/garden projects. It probably took 4 hours to understand the instructions alone, so maybe that's what they meant..

Nowhere on the website does it say "we will be delivering a load of timber and screws and you'll have to build the whole thing yourself from scratch". After paying €2000 you either have to pay someone to build it or do it all yourself. The finished product is good but I could have bought the timber, screws and fixings for less than €1000 and got plans off the internet for free
