Oh oh the saga with this totally useless company continues! Both Klarna snd I have to keep writing and asking them to adjust the payment. It says a lot doesn’t it that a very substandard cardigan can be kept and they offer 80% discount. Their returns policy obviously doesn’t exist and they want to palm off cheap products at high European prices.
I can only say avoid at all costs. I have also been in touch with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce that they should cancel their name in the register.
Totally useless, substandard products. High prices for rubbish.
Avoid ! Don’t say you haven’t been warned!

I have never recieved my order but on the site it's showing as delivered. I have emailed them but just get a standard rehersed message saying they are working on getting my order to me and be patient.. which was nearly 3 months ago when I placed it. I have no reason to lie. I've just never recieved them. Klaarna won't help me and have made me pay because as far as they are concerned my order has been sent. So €90 in the bin and now I have contacted nietbezorgd.nl so fingers crossed they can help me.
