EVAD-2 SPECTRON
I’ve had many pairs of Julbo glasses, but the latest EVAD-2 SPECTRON model is on another level — they’re incredibly high-tech and top quality. At first, it felt unusual during training not having to constantly check speed or watts on the bike computer, but I got used to it pretty quickly. Now I can’t go anywhere without these glasses. I’m extremely happy with them.

Non existent customer service and they don't care about longevity
I have a pair of Julbo Aero sunglasses that I bought in 2024 (it's May 2025 now). I scratched the lens coating and wanted to get a replacement lens - but none of the UK retailers have them in stock, and because the sunglasses have been discontinued, they do not seem to be able to get replacement lens as well.
One retailer in Switzerland has offered a replacement for over 90EUR + shipping!
Julbo never bothered to reply.

Terrible Service
On April 30th, I placed an order and have yet to receive an order confirmation or a tracking number. I've already filled out the contact form twice to report this issue, but haven't received any response. Calling hasn't worked either. I urgently need an answer regarding my order, or I want my money back.

good model, but…
my favorite product so far. this is my 3rd one. i bought the last one 2 years ago. the coating around the eyes and nose peeled off after one season. if the new model is similar then it's a waste of money.

Disgracefully bad service
As per previous reviews, I would strongly urge not to order from this company online. There is no customer service available other than a bot that provides no real assistance. They provide no tracking until pushed, fail to reply to emails and couldn’t seem to care less. The FAQ submission form is a joke - do not expect an acknowledgment or reply. Smacks of a disrespectful attitude towards customers.

I highly recommend not ordering from their website directly.

I am almost completely unhappy with the way the process from placing an order on the website to delivery is organized.
1. They do not send the tracking number for the parcel automatically to the mail. I had to contact the chat to get it.
2. When ordering, I clearly indicated the delivery address. And even so, they sent the parcel not to the address but to the pickup point of the local courier operator.

EDGE - bike, FREQUENCY - run WARD - chill
Had tried EDGE, FREQUENCY and WARD.
Had an easy time navigating the website, EDGE fit well for biking and have an easy way to swap lenses with magnets. FREQUENCY are super light and I like to use them for running. Get the light adjusting lenses, I tried both, but longer runs outdoors the adjustment is way better if you have a harder time seeing in low light conditions especialy.

Never again
I had two sunglasses from the brand. The first was lost within a month, but the second is the worst quality glasses I ever had. After 3 months the protection layer started to wear out only by my sweat. After a year or so, the plastic frame became horrible showing signs of wearying. Yesterday the frame just broke apart on my head, I guess the UV simply ate the material.
Do bot by their products, they’re made of cheap plastics that ages very fast. Honestly a 3$ Chinese glasses are better in quality. I will never buy anything from that company, and I advise you to do so.

No support for replacement parts
I’ve been trying to get replacement parts for my faulty Julbo glasses. I’ve filled in the spare parts enquiry form and customer services form several times now. Apart from the automatic reply, nobody ever gets in touch to help out.
I only bought Julbo glasses because they supposedly offered some after-sales service, this is obviously not the case.
Maybe Julbo should put as much effort into after-sales support as they do replying to negative reviews.

Julbo is TOP
I’ve been using Julbo sunglasses for years, and I can confidently say they’re among the best out there. The lenses—especially the Reactiv ones—are simply outstanding. They adapt quickly to changing light conditions and always provide sharp, comfortable vision, whether I’m on the bike, in the mountains, or just out and about.
My go-to model is the Fury—lightweight, comfortable, and perfect for long rides. I’ve also tried other models like the Edge, and I’ve always found the same high level of quality and attention to detail.
What I also really appreciate is the design: not only technical and high-performance, but stylish enough for everyday wear. Julbo does a great job blending functionality and lifestyle appeal.
Absolutely top marks from me!

I bought the Montiebianco, this is my 3rd pair and it is an excellent product.
During the order process I made a mistake with the address and the package did not arrive. Julbo customer service was very helpful and solved the issue promptly.
