This is a really good company to spend your hard earned cash with because the customer service is excellent.
I ordered a second juicer in 2021. The communications were clear and the service was prompt.
When I experienced a hiccup with my hardworking juicer after 2 years and contacted the company, they responded very quickly. Even even though it was Christmas I received an email the next working day.
The replacement part I needed was identified as under warranty and I was sent a link to pay for the part not covered. The parts were and shipped and I was back in action within 5 working days. Well done once again Juicy Retreats, I have and will continue to recommend you to family and friends.

EXCEPTIONAL Company in All Aspect

I’m now on my second Juicer from Juicy Retreats UK – This company, It’s equipment, Customer Service and Support in general cannot be praised enough in my humble opinion.

As a Juicing Newbie in 2016 (after watching Joe Cross’s Movies) I bought my first cold press juicer JR Ultra 8000 S and can only say after all my research into these machines, I made the right decision. No matter what my issue was with the equipment or my being new to juicing – they were always right there either via email or on the phone (and I do not live in UK).

So, as my now 6 year old machine still going strong, but struggling with my daily Celery Juice intake, I started to research all the nice new shiny models on the market and theirs for me came up tops again (and a such a reasonable price) which I bought, along with a new Blender this time and Parts for my Old Juicer to use as a backup, so much support here too thanks guys :)

The other day I notice a little hiccup with a part or two and yet again their team of staff are supper kind with advice and equipment support, the parts are on their way.
Thanks guys keep up the fab work you are all doing.

I bought a blender over 3 years ago and I am so happy with it. Any questions I had was quickly resolved by them and their customer service is second to none. Will definitely be purchasing another blender from them. I highly recommend the product and the company is so helpful!

Bought a juicer from these guys about 3 years ago and recently it broke. Been going strong with almost daily use then just one day… dead!
You’re probably thinking “how terrible, he has his stars the wrong way round” but… read on!
I emailed customer service and within 15 minutes they had identified the problem and arranged a return for repair. The bit that slowed things down was me shooting a video of the problem.
Sent off, returned fixed. No questions of warranty periods or anything.
This is a company that just seemed to think “our product, our problem” and resolved it with absolutely zero fuss.
Now able to get back to juicy goodness.

I was bought as a present a juice blender from this company, not only is the appliance sturdy you can buy spare parts and extra equipment.
I bought a second blender recently for a gift as I knew it was of good quality.
Unfortunately the delivery of goods was very poor, I contacted the Customer Services and spoke with the manager. He promptly sent out a further item which again did not get delivered to me. I spoke with the CSManger at least 6 times in the end I was refunded for my purchase in full. Eventually I received my item which I know will be well used. Great CServices would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely amazing service. My blender broke after 5 years of almost daily use. I love this machine so was devastated when it broke. I phoned the customer helpline and despite not having my warranty, or receipt, they found me on the system. I took the blender to MK where it was serviced, the jug replaced and returned to me within a week! I have never had such service with any other company. JR made it so easy and simple and everything was still under my warranty; incredible. Thank you so much much for making a problem so simple to deal with xx

I don't leave a lot of reviews normally, especially not positive ones. Companies in this country provide an OK service, on, I have to say, a few occasions, which does not warrant any review, as you get what you expect - what you pay for - which in my opinion is not a reason to leave a review. You leave a review when you receive an exceptionally good or exceptionally bad service. Many companies in this country provide a ridiculously unacceptable service when I do leave a negative review. Juicy Retreats however is an exceptional company in terms of their products, and especially in the way they handle any issues that might arise with parts and defects, when they respond immediately and if supported by photographic evidence, they send replacement parts, without question, immediately. While I also run my business in a similar way, and this is what you would expect from any company, unfortunately nowadays this kind of service is extremely rare. Thank you very much and I can't find words to describe how great it feels to come across this kind of 5 star service in today's world. Thank you !!! Outstanding really - which should be the norm. Unfortunately you could say you come across this kind of service once in a blue moon which is generally so disappointing but Juicy Retreats - truly 5 star service! Thank you!

If you're reading this because you're considering buying a Juicy Retreats product and wondering what kind of after-sales service you can expect, then wait no more. It's rare these days to find a company offering even minimal customer service, so to find one that can't seem to do enough for you is truly exceptional. When I first called their helpline, the number was busy. Slightly disappointed, I left a voice message, expecting very little. However, minutes later their customer service manager David Webb called me back and could not have been more helpful. I had a very old and much-used jug that needed a bearing repair. David went above and beyond to provide me with a 5-star service (hence my rating!) and thus I have no hesitation in recommending this company 100%.

Great blenders and juicers, along with probably the speediest, best and most attentive online customer service I've ever experienced! Firm favourite :)

I purchased the jr8000s juicer to replace a cheaper juicer wow what can i say worth every penny the difference in the quality of the juice was amazing. No more waiting till everyone is awake to juice as it is super quiet. Also super easy to clean and mess free. My parents also purchased a jr8000s2 off of my recommendation and they also love it. They are new to juicing and have found it sop easy.

I recently purchased a JR Ultra 8000 SA through Juicy Retreats. I cant say enough good about the product or the company,,,
I’m so impressed with the service i received, i had a few issues getting the juicer set up as it was very different from the juicers i had used previously, so i went back to the company to ask advice and report what had happened. David from customer service immediately told me that it sounded as though there was a fault and sent out replacement parts which i received with in days. He also sent me a link to a video showing how to put the juicer together with tips on how to use it.
It now works perfectly, i love it! It’s the best juicer i have ever used. With minimal preparation, it provides so much juice leaving just almost dry pulp. Then is so easy to clean.
I use it daily as part of my cancer treatment, its perfect for me with such little waste on top of being easy to use.
So extremely good value purchase prices, a company that really puts customer service first and a really great product. What more can i say...
Im so impressed and highly recommend the company and the product.

I have both a JR 8000 Juicer and a Quantum Touch 3 Blender and have had them for quite a long period of time. Both are excellent. I found Customer Services fantastic giving good advice on both products. When we recently moved, some vital parts were lost for the juicer and I received replacements almost by return of post. Can't recommend this company enough. Thank you Juicy Retreats.

I’ve been juicing for many years but fell out of love with it because my old juicer (another well known brand) would clog & turn off if I was doing several juices one after the other. I’ve been using this for 3 days & have truly fallen back in love with juicing it gives a far superior juice with no separation and I am looking forward to using this day after day after day. Would also like to say that David is a lovely chap & really nothing seems too much bother he’s a credit to Juicy Retreats. One very happy customer 😁👍

Finally received a personal blender as a gift. Unfortunately in the process of returning. Few reasons as follows:
For a personal blender it is huge. Take up a lot of space and the cup is way too big and chunky to handle. Also there are no measurement markings on the cup which, even though minor would come in handy. Lastly the blades are impossible to clean properly unless you own a dishwasher which, I don't.
Disappointed however not fazed as my juicer is still going strong and the customer service has been exceptional so far.

Sept 12th 2020 - Had a juicer for a few years now and absolutely brilliant. Would have loved to have bought a personal blender, however it seemed to be never in stock so purchased another brand elsewhere. Spare parts are reasonably priced but the recent additional cleaning brush I received is not great quality and worn after a short while. Would definitely recommend Juicy Retreats.

I have had a juicer & blender from Juicy Retreats for quite a few years. I use the blender most days. They are probably the best company I have ever dealt with for customer service and support and the products are excellent. I originally found their product on Amazon then read in the reviews that it was cheaper to buy direct. I would buy from them again and recommend them to friends.

We have several JR8000S2 juicers that we use within our business, we noticed a couple had not been performing as well as when we first purchased them.

I emailed the team from the website and had a response within 45minutes explaining why it was happening and what the cause was (mainly dishwashering them and the heat changing their shape ever so slightly)

They've kindly offered to send us replacement parts free of charge.

Exceptional customer service, and response even during a time of skeleton staff during lockdown from coronavirus.

Easily a contender for best after-sales service ever in the history of sales. Possibly the winner. Oh, and the products are outstanding too, robust, no-fuss design, everything clicks together properly, the motor is very quiet, it's easy to clean ... nothing to fault, seriously good kit. And did I mention the service? Fantastic all round :)
