I am allready a customer by Jucad for more then 13 years. First a manual trolley and sinds 2023 a electric one.
The trolleys are fantastic and easy to handle.

I have been using JuCad for about 2 years now and I love it. I could never imagine going back to my old e-trolley. JuCad is sleek, light and trendy! One of my favorite features is the trolleys ability to know its doing downhill, which then reduces speed. I also love how JuCad also has so many cool accessories! My golf game has also peaked in those 2 years, and I am totally putting that down to JuCad lol. Shoutout to Antonia also, who always goes above and beyond to help!

We forgot our Jucad charger to bring to USA.
Ordered A charger in USA and the send the wrong charger. 4 weeks later we spent 160 dollar and no solution to the problem
We have 5 Jucads in our household and we where expection a way better service from a primium German company.

Just took delivery of my new golf bag from JuCad. The looked good quality at a discounted price. The seller is based in Germany. The first disappointment is that the bag is manufactured in China (no indication of this on their website) so durability is in question. The bag looks to be made at a reasonable level of quality but if you have maxi jumbo golf club grips it is a struggle to get these clubs in the top of the bag. There are plenty of storage pockets though. The major surprise was that despite having free delivery from the supplier, their carrier (UPS) charge me additional fees & taxes of £67.38 apparently due to changes relating to BREXIT. The supplier gave no notice of this prior to purchase. I originally thought this was a scam but I did some detailed research before making any payment. So UK buyer beware - check before your purchase from a European company - at least country of manufacture and the possibility of additional freight costs.

Jucad is an expensive cheaply made product. Sent it back, was told no problem existed but had my throtle replaced. New charger which charges for one game(18) New charger is good for one game. Now remote broken. Unstable falling on slight bumps. Hips forward or slows on its own. Do not recommend!

Incredible! Top quality, simple to put together and fold back down. Lightweight, slick, a joy to use.

The most attractive trolley but the least reliable on the market and unfortunately too unstable to be used on any golf courses.

1/ Quality wise I had to send mine 4 times to factory in 5 years! this year it will cost me 600€ (i never had any bumps nor had it damaged). it is only badly made.
2/ It is so badly designed that in bumpy courses it tips back almost everytime.

It’s been returned at least 3 times, then returned back to me with problems still apparent My latest encounter, on instructions from Jucad, early May 23 I delivered my trolley to Jucad UK representative in Leatherhead Surrey to be repaired, never to be seen again Despite numerous exchange of Emails between myself and Jucad, still no trolley, I consider that Jucad are not honouring their responsibility, certainly not looking after their customers interests Bearing in mind I’ve been at least 4 months without my expensive trolley They don’t seem to care Be assured if I was aware at the onset of their extremely poor customer service I certainly wouldn’t have gone near Jucad Recently I thought everything was sorted I received an Email from Jucad confirming that they would admit liability and replace my missing trolley as a gesture of goodwill A day later, another Email received, this time telling me that they would not replace my trolley saying I’ve got to deal directly with Forefront Golf of Leatherhead who at the time they had my trolley were Jucad authorised dealers Surely the problem of my missing trolley is between Jucad and Forefront Golf I suspect that’s the end of my problem, Jucad are not answering my emails etc I am seriously considering taking legal action against them I can always hope that anybody considering buying a Jucad trolley read these reviews Worst company ever I’ve dealt with. Seriously worst than bad customer service Treat their customers with contempt

The most expensive trolley on the marke - the worst quality on the market - so simple. Have had it for approx 1 year and has been send for repair twice 🧐 - you simply don’t get value for money. Sorry
