It was delivered on weekend and left outside a business address. Yes it was delivered but the package was stolen. I used a business address for the purpose of avoiding this happening
The worst courier service ever. The constantly lie. Give you delivery guarantee day. The make up stories make you wait outside telling you that the driver will be there shortly only no one to rock up. I have 2 orders from temu being delivered by this mob as one package. Driver has had it on board since the 14th October (Thursday) I was told that the parcel will arrive on Saturday guaranteed. No show. I was also told that the driver attempted delivery which is a big fat lie he said my house was not accessible. Have no idea how it couldnt be accessible as we have no fence it an open front yard no gate nothing in the way to get to our front door. then she tried to correct herself saying she was wrong got her information wrong and was sorry. Thats all they say Im sorry. Call. So call them this morning Sunday and they give me another bs story and that the package would be delivered today guaranteed. Waiting till about 4 oclock call them again yeah yeah hes is still coming 6:30 pm call them again yes yes hes coming. Call him at 7:40pm (they close at 8pm) my husband spoke to him this time and he assured my husband that he was in our suburb at such and such address we check google sure enough there was that street name. He put my husband on hold for 10 mins comes back and give us another address this street closer to our place 5 mins away. So we wait outside and they let us wait outside. He again puts my husband on hold 8:10 pm he hasnt come back online to speak to my husband still no show of the drive its is now 10.33 pm and still no package delivered.
Beware of this company they are incompetent they lie they have no clue what they are doing.
Sadly I have several other packages for them to deliver to me from temu and there is nothing i can do about those now.
